The kitchen had everything you needed-even a blender!!!! There were beach chairs, some toys and even ice packs for a cooler. The place is very nice and quiet. The host was always a text away. Location was perfect. Would definitely come back. There was a slight cleaning issue which was addressed with the host and I’m sure it will be taken care of.

Absolutely amazing! Everything was exactly as described, and even better than we expected. The grounds and accommodations were spotless and beautifully maintained. The area felt peaceful and very safe, which made our stay even more relaxing. The host was incredibly responsive and genuinely helpful throughout. We loved the stunning ocean and beach views from the front porch as well as the proximity to the beach — truly a highlight! It was perfect for the two of us, especially since we love to cook but also enjoyed being able to walk to nearby restaurants. The kitchen and bathroom were thoughtfully stocked, and all the furniture was super comfortable. As frequent users of VRBO properties at the beach, we were very pleased and could not have asked for a better stay! We will be back!

We had a wonderful stay! The property was very clean and the proximity to the beach/boardwalk couldn’t be better. The condo was decorated so cute. The furniture and bed was very comfortable. This place is perfect! Don't bother renting a car unless you want to go to another town, but you dont need to everything is within walking distance or inexpensive uber. The place was so clean and the patio a huge plus for watching nighttime storms. The private pool is a huge plus, especially for early morning workouts. Im already planning on coming back next year. A huge thank you to the mngr/owner.

I highly recommend this great spot. It was clean, exactly as described, so close to the ocean and boardwalk with parking right at the front door. The pictures of the pool area don’t do it justice; the pool area is better than the pictures show at least in my opinion. The Condo is 10/10 with an excellent host and communication. Thanks for the use of your condo, we will definitely stay here again in the future.

We stayed in Hollywood, Florida from August 2nd to August 9th for a quick getaway while doing some home repairs — and it turned out to be exactly what we needed.The rental property was perfect: clean, well-kept, and in a fantastic location with scenic views. We loved that it had a pool and easy parking — both were major bonuses. We even grilled a few steaks one evening, which made it feel like a home away from home.The Hollywood Beach boardwalk was just a short walk away, with plenty of great restaurants to choose from. We especially enjoyed Latitudes, which became a favorite spot during our stay.The beach itself had a bit of seaweed this time around and the water was slightly murky, but we visited a month earlier when the water was crystal clear, so we know it's just seasonal.All in all, I’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing, and convenient getaway. It’s close to everything you need, and perfect for recharging — whether you're local or visiting from out of town.

This place exceeded expectations! I rely on reviews when booking so hopefully this helps future renters. Location is perfect, while it's not immediately ocean front, you can see the ocean from the front, and it's literally a 30 second walk to the beach. There are many restaurants and bars within walking distance on the broadwalk. The apartment is roomier than it looks in pictures and it has everything you need. Dishes, beach towels, beach chairs & umbrella, ice maker in the freezer, blow dryer, etc. The bed is very comfortable. The pool is also only a 30 second walk and is fantastic, bigger than it looks in pictures as well. Checking in was easy, Tom the host was fantastic with communication. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone!

This beach cottage was perfect.Very clean, so cute, and it has everything you need. We stayed for 6 days. Full kitchen to cook pots and pans , full refrigerator, stove top, and microwave that also works as an oven. I also loved the ice maker in the freezer. There was also full size table to eat with your family. Air conditioning was great, very comfortable sofa bed couch, and recliner chair, in living room Flatscreen TV in living room, also in bedroom. The king size bed was huge and very comfortable. Plenty of blankets and pillows. This first floor unit made it very easy to bring luggage in. Also there is a sitting area right outside your door and you can see the beach. Walking to the beach is literally about 25 steps. This unit also has beach towels , beach chairs, and other things to bring to beach. Free parking right outside your door. Check in and out process very simple you will be provided a code from the host to get your keys and your in very simple The host of this property was excellent I couldn't ask for more any questions , concerns, you can call or text and he answers immediately There is a wonderful heated pool , and laundry on site. My stay was perfect I would recommend this property to anyone staying in the Hollywood area

Cozy and charming

If you want to book a stay in Hollywood I would definetly recommend this amazing condo. The Check in was awesome and the cummnication from Thomas was 5 Star this condo has all the ammneties you will need also as advertised in the listing. Beach view from the porch was nice and the walk to the boardwalk is like a 30 second walk and the beach is right there so convenient plus the free parking in our private spot was a bonus also.The restaurants and bars are minutes walking distance. Shelby and I would like to thank Thomas for a wonderful stay and will be Definetly be returning to this condo again!!!

We stayed for a week and absolutely loved this place. The condo is nicely decorated, very updated and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to make a few meals. The pool was a fantastic way to cool off after a day at the beach. The location of the condo is perfect. Only steps to the boardwalk and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The owner was very responsive and helpful. He definitely wanted our stay to be as comfortable as possible. We will be looking to stay here again on future trips.

This place checked all the boxes! 10 minutes from the airport. Just a few steps to the boardwalk and sand. Steps from music, happy hours and restaurants. The unit was clean and bright. Comfortable bed. When the beach was too hot, the pool was amazing! We will be back…

"Get there fast and then you take it slow"

Perfect beach getaway. View of beach from patio for sunrise coffee or wine at dusk only 50 paces and your on the Boardwalk taking in Hollywood Beach. Short walk to Food King for sundries or Marriot for brunch or Oceans13 for fish tacos. Return to quiet cozy condo with comfy bed Kitchen nicely appointed with everything you need, nothing you dont. Loved it

Perfect location and nice unit.

The unit was clean and as the listing showed. Very easy check-in and check out. Little smaller than we anticipated but worked out just fine. The location was perfect for walking down the boardwalk, going to the beach, and food/coffee nearby!
