• The condo is professionally cleaned before arrival. Daily housekeeping and linen replacement are not included during your stay.

• Ocean Manor is an active beachfront condo-hotel. Activity around common areas, dining, and events can vary.

• Smoking is permitted on the balcony only. No smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes inside the condo. No pets; no parties or events; no commercial photography or filming.

• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM–7:00 AM. Maximum 2 registered guests; no visitors.

• Valet is the only on-site parking option. It is currently $18 per day per vehicle, paid directly to the resort; rates can change.

• Optional purchases—such as food and drinks, spa services, laundry, and beach-chair, umbrella, or cabana rentals—are separate. We do not add a separate resort fee after booking.
