Palm Perch and Palm Court are twins — mirrored three-story homes standing side by side, sharing a pool, a paver courtyard, and a wall of palms that keeps the whole thing to yourselves. Book them together and you've got twenty guests across eight bedrooms and eight full baths, two complete houses to spread into, and one outdoor space that pulls everybody back together.

They sit in Victoria Park, the quiet, tree-lined grid tucked between
downtown Fort Lauderdale and the ocean — close enough to walk to dinner, far enough that mornings start slow.

Each home runs on the same easy logic: three stories of glass and clean lines, and a main level that goes kitchen to living room without a wall in the way. A long island with bar seating anchors the fully equipped kitchen, so one person can cook while everyone else leans in with a coffee — there's a little coffee bar set up for exactly that. Dining for six sits a few steps away, and the living room takes over from there with deep, comfortable seating and enough space that nobody's claiming a spot early. A dedicated laundry room in each house handles the practical side of a longer stay. Having two of everything changes the math on a big trip: the early risers can make coffee on one side while the late sleepers get another hour on the other, and when it's someone's turn to cook for twenty, two kitchens are working at once.

Outside is where the buyout earns its keep. Sliders from both homes open onto the same paver-lined yard, framed by palms and privacy walls, with the pool at the center and deck space for towels, loungers, and a long afternoon of nothing in particular. A BBQ grill is a few steps off for burgers after a beach day, and there's lawn enough for a round of giant Jenga once the group turns competitive. On a single booking it's a shared space; with both homes yours, it's a private courtyard built for a crowd. Upstairs, each house has its own balcony for the quieter version — a full outdoor sofa, coffee at eye level with the palm fronds, and the downtown skyline glowing off in the distance once the sun drops.

Sleeping arrangements ask nothing of anyone. Eight bedrooms, eight attached full baths, no negotiating in either house. Six of the rooms are anchored by king beds with private ensuites — walk-in showers, clean marble, and one per home with a freestanding soaking tub for the end of a long day. The other two are the rooms the kids will call before the bags are unloaded: two twin-over-twin bunks apiece, sleeping four each, with a full bath of their own. Twenty guests across six floors, with room to be together and room to disappear.

The neighborhood earns its keep too. Las Olas Boulevard — galleries, boutiques, and some of the best dining in the city — is under a mile south, an easy walk or a two-minute drive. Holiday Park sits a few blocks up with tennis courts, ball fields, and shaded paths for a morning run. Downtown and the Riverwalk are about ten minutes on foot or five by car, putting the Broward Center for the Performing Arts, the Museum of Discovery and Science, and the water taxi dock all within reach. Fort Lauderdale Beach and Las Olas Beach are a five-to-ten-minute drive east, with Hugh Taylor Birch State Park just past them for mangrove trails and a quieter stretch of sand. Bonnet House Museum & Gardens makes for a good slow morning, and there's a grocery run half a mile out when the cooler needs restocking. Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International is roughly fifteen minutes away, which makes the trip easier on both ends.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
