Bien aimé l'endroit, a part l'air climatisé très bruyante et manque une cafetière normale. L'endroit est bien situé et sécuritaire. A 20 minutes de la plage à pied. Je recommande fortement l'endroit.

Pool IssuesThis is the green color of the pool water after pool service of the pool. He came and was typically there between 5 and 10 minutes. Never tested the water and typically poured a liquid into the pool on one occasion he placed a tablet into the floating and also had to put 2 to 3 inches of water into the pool since it would lose that amount between visits Unitary Track Infection (UTI).Another issue that took palace with is pool water was that or friend ended getting a UTI. She had to go to the Pronto Urgent care were the Dr. said she probably got that from the pool water Stool damageYou can see from the pic they sent that the stool cross member was damaged and fixed with wood screws, so that the cross member laid on them. A screw on each side. A slight bump it would fall off. After 3 time we left it off. It laid on the counter when we left.Dirty RugIf you look at the pic you sent of the rug, in detail, you can see all the spots caused by renters that did not eat at the dinning table or island counter You can also see the embeamed dirt in the rug from your floors Filthy FloorsThis is a picture that we took of the Filthy Floors. The floors in the place where the filthiest that we have ever seen in a rental, if you walked around bare feet, they would get black from the filth on the floors   Which also contributes to your filthy rug. With all the so-called cameras around you would think you could see this. Provides damage sheets

Exceeds Expectations!

Stop scrolling. This is the place for you! Okay we’ve stayed at many VRBOs all around the country. This is a 10 out of 5 stars. Period. Communication was awesome and I think we waited no longer than a minute for a response. It’s in a super quiet, private area with privacy fences in the back for extra privacy. The interior was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated. A lot of attention was paid to every detail, even down to the beach chairs and beach towels we didn’t know we needed until we needed them. It was a little chilly, but the dipping pool was perfect for those of us who just want to cool off, not swim. We hung out at the beach and at Lauderdale by the Sea just down the street. Super fun area for everyone! We aren’t fancy, but we do have expectations. And this place exceeded every one of them.

Awesome place!

My family stayed here for almost a week while we were bringing our son to do college move-in, in Ft Lauderdale. The layout of this VRBO is open, spacious and well thought out. Decor is lovely and the furniture is comfortable (beds and pillows are VERY comfortable). The home was thoughtfully stocked with items to make our stay comfortable and convenient. Also, and this is really important to me so I really appreciated it... IT WAS SO CLEAN! This is probably the cleanest vacation place we have ever stayed at. There is an Aldi about 5 mins away so we bought groceries and cooked many meals there (saving money and making our food-allergy issues easier). FYI, the number of things you need to provide for verification is more than other VRBO rentals we've stayed at, so at first I was a little hesitant, that it was legitimate, but rest assured, it's real and it was well worth it for such a nice place. Highly recommend!

Exceeded Expectations

The villa is just outstanding. It's located in the Coral Ridge neighborhood one block from the Country Club. It's a very large space and was perfect for our group of two adult brothers & spouses. The pictures and the ad itself are 100% accurate. Everything was perfect. One thing to note - the registration/checkin process was much more involved than with other VRBO rentals. You will be sending lots of data to them so they can do background checks before they provide the codes to unlock the villa. I understand why they do it - it's a very nice property and it's South Florida. Just be prepared to provide lots more background than with most VRBO's.
