• Living Room: Features a massive 85" Smart TV, an oversized sectional with a queen sleeper sofa, an additional queen sleeper sofa, a dedicated laptop workstation, a game area, and direct access to the balcony.
• Master Bedroom: Features a plush King bed, a private en-suite bathroom, a Smart TV, a large closet, and an additional twin sleeper sofa.
• Guest Bedroom: Features a premium King bed, a Smart TV, and a large closet.
• Bathrooms: Two full, spacious bathrooms completely stocked with essential toiletries and fresh linens.
• The Kitchen: Fully stocked with everything needed to prepare gourmet family meals. Includes a dishwasher, a refrigerator with filtered water/ice, a microwave, drip and K-cup Keurig coffee makers, a toaster, a blender, cookware, and glassware.

PARKING DETAILS
• One dedicated FREE parking space is assigned specifically to the unit.
• 2 Free guest parking spots are available in the lot next to the building on a first-come, first-served basis. 24-hr maximum.
• A public paid Parkhouse garage is located directly across the street for any additional vehicles.

HOUSE RULES & EASY STAY
Easy Self-Check-In: Enjoy convenient keyless entry with personalized access instructions sent directly to you three days before arrival.
• Check-In Time: 4:00 PM
• Check-Out Time: 10:00 AM
• Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee upon request.

OTHERS
• You must sign a short term contract and provide a government-issued photo ID to verify booking.
• Age Requirement: Minimum age to rent is 25.
• No Parties or Private Events allowed.
• The condo is equipped with a decibel monitoring device required by the City of Hollywood.
• The building is not ADA compliant. Although there is an elevator directly to 3rd floor guests must clear 6 steps to get to elevator from entrance,
• Condo and building have outdoor video cameras for security and safety of our guests
• The condo is pet friendly (dogs only) up to 2 with a max weight of 25 lbs. each. A fee applies per dog. (Note that pets are not allowed on the Broadwalk or Beach).
