🍽️ KITCHEN + LIVING SPACE

The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking essentials and features modern appliances, counter seating with three stools, and an easy flow into the dining and living areas.

The open-concept layout connects the kitchen, dining area, and living room, creating an easy space to cook, dine, and unwind. The living room features water views, balcony access, and a large TV, while an additional seating nook with a couch and TV gives guests another comfortable place to relax.

All bedrooms include premium beds, linens, TVs, floor-to-ceiling windows, and storage space.

♛ Primary Bedroom: King-size bed, water views, TV, desk with chair, walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom.

Bedroom 2: Queen-size bed, TV, armchair, closet, floor-to-ceiling windows, and ensuite bathroom with access from the main living area.

Bathrooms are stocked with essentials including shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and fresh towels.

Primary Ensuite: Dual vanity sinks, frameless standing shower, separate soaking tub, and toilet.

Bathroom 2: Single vanity sink, modern frameless shower, and access from both the second bedroom and main living area.

The private balcony is accessible from the living room and includes seating, overlooking the Intracoastal. It's a great spot for morning coffee, evening drinks, or taking in the water views from the 10th floor.

-$35/night valet parking fee (waived for stays 29+ nights)

-This residence is located inside The Tiffany House Fort Lauderdale. Guests must follow all building rules, including policies related to noise, occupancy, parking, amenity use, access, and common areas.

Building amenities, access, parking, restaurant service, and common areas are managed by the building and may be subject to posted hours, availability, fees, and building rules.

HOUSE RULES

Check-in time: 4:00 PM
Check-out time: 10:00 AM

-All guests must sign our rental agreement as required by Florida law.

-Minimum booking age is 25. A valid photo ID is required after booking.

-An accurate guest count must be provided before arrival.

-Pets must be approved in advance.

-No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the residence, on the balcony, or in building common areas.

-No parties or events are permitted. Unauthorized guests on the property may result in additional fees and/or immediate eviction.

-Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

-Guests must follow all building rules and respect neighboring residences and shared spaces.

PET POLICY
This property is dog-friendly for dogs under 20 lbs. A $150 fee applies per pet, for stays less than 30 days. Dogs must be fully vaccinated, house-trained, kept off furniture, and supervised at all times. Guests are responsible for cleaning up and disposing of all pet waste in the outdoor trash bin. Violations may result in an additional $100 fee. Please notify us in advance if you are bringing a dog.

STARTER SUPPLIES
We provide starter supplies including trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, detergent, and bathroom amenities to accommodate the home's maximum occupancy for the first three days of your stay.

SAME-DAY BOOKINGS
Same-day bookings require company approval. Guests must provide information about their group and purpose of stay. If approved, a government-issued ID is required for verification. Your phone number must match the phone number registered on your account, or your reservation cannot be honored.

Same-day reservations will not be accepted after 2:00 PM. All same-day bookings require a minimum of 3 hours before check-in, and check-in may be extended later than 4:00 PM.
