« Would Most Definitely Stay Again.... Everything Was Great »

« STAY AWAY! Our room (121) was filthy…dirty bed spread with pet paws stains on it, dirty pillow case, dirty bath mat, dirty lampshades, filthy stained chair, half painted and broken bathroom door, unswept and very dirty floors…and the smell… Unfriendly staff I couldn’t wait to get out of there… »

« Nice place to stay and easy to access »

« Check out time was at 10am. A Manager walked into the unit at 10:08am stating dropping paperwork off for the next person. Very scary for me and my family. »

« The property was far from the beach the view so bad No cleaning or trash bag or dish washer soap The dumpster the other way of the road In general I don’t like it . »

« We arrived. The lady who checked us in, she was super friendly, professional and nice. She accomodated us in everyway. The problem did not lie with her. The first room we checked into, the one bed had stained bed linens. It looked like someone had took and wiped themselves with the fitted sheet. The room, even the new room we were assigned smelled musty. Terribly musty. The outside door on the end of the building wouldnt close properly. Anyone could come and go. Also one of my kids ended up...

« We stayed in this house for a kid-free getaway, with 10 adults occupying the house. It was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beach daily. As we stayed in the house during June/July 2020, it was nice to be in a less crowded area of Gulf Shores, which still allowed for good social distancing. If you're looking for a spacious and nice location for relaxing and enjoying the beach, this fits the bill! »

« We had a delay at check in because there was only one person working. She was so kind and professional when we did check in. The room was nice enough for a short stay. The breakfast attendant did not keep the breakfast full. When she did refill the milk, she let it overflow and walked out without cleaning the area. She was not friendly to anyone in the breakfast area. The tables stayed messy and the next person had to clean the area before sitting while she stood in a corner and watched. We...

« I was disappointed when I realized I booked on a golf course instead of the beach. However, it turned out much better. The views were amazing along with the different activities it gave us a break from the hot beach sun. The condo was unbelievable beautiful. Sitting on the golf course having coffee was the best part of the day for me. My husband wasn’t happy because he didn’t bring his golf clubs. »
