Comfortable seating and a large flat screen TV in the living room. The living room glass slider offers an amazing view from nearly every room in the condo. Dining table with seating for 6 offers the perfect spot for a lovely dinner after a long day on the island. Large Master Bedroom En Suite enjoys a King Sized Bed, its own TV, and private lanai access. There is a large Master Closet to hang all your clothes for that home away from home comfort. Master Bath has a huge Walk In Shower. The beautiful Guest Bedroom has a Queen Sized Bed, its own TV, and a Guest Bath right next door with a tub/shower combo. The residential south end of the island is known for its relaxing and care free atmosphere. Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Now open, Santini Marina Plaza will offer you shops, restaurants, bars and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Blue Waterway and mangrove back bays! The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open, as is Snook Bight Marina with its two lively restaurants on the Bay, and is just a 2-mile drive away.

We would like to note that there is still construction occurring on the island. However, our island's beach renourishment is finished and we are ready to welcome visitors back to enjoy our beautifully restored, white sandy beaches and turquoise blue Gulf waters.
