Pros -- condo is right on the beach. That area of the beach was not busy at all. - layout is good and there’s plenty of space- easy parking- lots of chairs, etc for beach Cons-- condo patio hags over fence of Pink Shell resort. It is very loud. Loud music in the evening. Maintenance guys from pink shell store wave runners and chairs right under the patio and are out there every morning at 8:00 am with a teatime haling things to the beach for an hour. Very loud when you’re wanting to have a cup of coffee in the morning or listen to the waves at night. - condo was not clean. There wa sand in the bedding. The wash machine had mold on it. We called the manager athe first day nd they said they would get someone out. Nobody came. Overall if you’re looking for a quiet relaxing place on the beach this isn’t it. If you want to party this is probably a good spot. We would not stay here again.

The location was perfection. Bed linens weren’t great, but it was sufficient. The beach isn’t groused in front of the condo. It was wonderful and we want to return!

We loved being directly on the beach with easy access to get on the beach. The unit was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We contacted them once with a problem and they came over within a few hours and helped us. We would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable stay with a great view. Only allowed to set AC to 74, so was a little warm. Fridge was dated. Otherwise, great place to stay.

Another enjoyable family vacation at Fort Myers Beach. We enjoyed the 4th of July fire works show from the beach behind the condo. The condo is in great location. It was clean and well stocked.

Fridge and range need to be updated as well as a detachable shower head in the main bath. Table and chairs on liana are fairly rickety and need replacing. Front door does not seal - can see daylight when closed.

Estero Beach Villas Spring Break

We had just the best time. We loved the electronic entry and just loved the beach location. This location in Fort Myers is very quiet, but also very accessible from off the island. We will definitely come back here at some point and Estero Beach Villas will our top choice of places to stay.

Pillow case in the master bedroom had alot of mold stain on one side. It would have been impossible for house cleaning not to see this while making the bed, yet they placed the mold side down when making the bed. When we left, I left a note on the pillow and messaged the management/owner of the Condo, they failed to respond. The overall condition of the Condo needed work. Paint coming off the wall in the kitchen area, the shower door in the master bath drags and risks breaking the glass door, the toliet in the master bath runs without pulling up the toliet handle every time, door frame into condo is rusted, bath fan in main bathroom makes a squealing noise that can be heard through the entire condo due to a bearing failing, hanlde on the shower door in master bath is very loose, bathroom door is vented/slatted door from top to bottom and doesn't lock - why ??? Rough drywall on some ceilings and walls. It looked as if Otis Campbell (Andy Griffith character) painted and repaired drywall in the unit. Security into the unit is questionable. The condo is in an excellent area and the building is well maintained but the condo needs some tender loving care. The mold on the pillow was our main complaint.the condo, they failed to respond about it. A

Amazing views

Gorgeous views just like the photos, we saw dolphins nearly every morning, excellent location at the quiet end of the beach. The property right next door has two super convenient restaurants open to the public. Very close to Sanibel and Ft Myers proper but time your trips carefully, the traffic is brutal! Within walking distance is the time square area with ice cream, shops, and loud people... There is a nice little transport golf cart like thing that shuttles people up and down the road, the stop is right next door. The property is comfortable, nice beds, good space, stocked with a beginning supply of everything you could need, the beach towels are nice ones, not the thin hotel kind. There are umbrellas, chairs, and coolers but we didn't use them. It could've been a litlle cleaner although that didn't affect our enjoyment, overall we would stay here again.

Family birthday destination.

Very clean and well appointed. A toaster was replaced the next day when we informed the property manager of the broken toaster. All communications were courteous and friendly. The appliances are older, but in working order. All in all we had a very comfortable stay. Thank you.

Absolutely perfect condo and location!

I took a ‘ Me vacation’ over the Thanksgiving weekend. This condo was perfect. With a full size kitchen the screened in porch….. I never wanted to leave. We’ll definitely stay here again in the future.

Nice condo but needs a little love

The unit is nice but many of the furnishings are dated and worn. The king size bed is lumpy and sags a lot on the side nearest the bathroom. The shower handle in the master bathroom comes off easily and we noticed that this was previously mentioned in another review and clearly not fixed. I sent an email to bring it to the attention on the management in case they missed it. Not being able to set the A/C below 74 is miserable. There was some blood splatter on the wall near the outlet in the master bedroom. There is a serious lack of decent pots and pans and knives for preparing food.

Good vacation!

The condo was easy to find. It’s clear there are still repairs and rebuilding happening in the complex and surrounding areas. You can tell the furniture and some interior items were older/warn, especially the appliances. Low quality linens and bedding. The handle on the master shower fell off when used, guest bathroom sink didn’t drain. Garbage disposal seems like something was stuck in it by previous tenant. Appreciated the soap, laundry soap etc. we also had busted beach umbrella and chairs. We texted the management company and they brought us new ones the next day, which was great. We also got a late check out for no charge which made for a great last day. Appreciated Netflix on the tv, gorgeous views, great pool, friendly neighbors, amazing quiet beach (although the pink shell plays very loud music). Overall, pretty great vacation for off season and glad the area is healing well!
