Welcome to The Wren at Coconut Cove on Fort Myers Beach! This bright and comfortable unit puts you just steps from white sand and blue waves. Whether you’re here to relax, explore, or soak up unforgettable sunsets, this beach retreat has everything you need. Start your mornings with coffee, spend your days swimming, shelling, or lounging under the Florida sun. In the evenings, unwind in your space or head out to enjoy Fort Myers Beach’s famous restaurants, bars, and live music just minutes away.

Step into The Wren, one of our 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom units, designed for families and friends to relax and unwind. The Wren features a spacious master (king bed) suite with its own bathroom and personal balcony. Also in this unit is a second bedroom (queen and twin bunkbeds) and full bath—perfect for guests of all ages.

Enjoy an open-concept kitchen and living area with plenty of comfortable seating and a dining table for six, making it easy to cook, eat, and gather together. Another bed option is available to you as the couch pulls out into a bed (queen size). Families traveling with little ones will like a pack ‘n play (available upon request) and kid-friendly plates and utensils.

The outdoor living will be a shared area to all guests on the property. A tiki hut with seating-dining and relaxing, pool with loungers and the lawn area to layout, run around or play games!

The entire property consists of 3 buildings with 3 units apiece. Consider us if you have multiple families that want to stay on the same campus.

The Wren will come with a personal door code access to get in and out of your unit. The pool, lawn and tiki hut will all be open and shared between guests.

This property is not beachfront but right across the road and close to beach access.
We do not allow pets on our property. Failure to comply with this policy may result in a $250 fine, forfeiture of any remaining charges and/or us requiring you to leave immediately.

Service animals that are trained to perform a task directly related to a person’s disability are allowed. The service animal must accompany its handler at all times and cannot be left unattended at our facility – either in the rooms and/or anywhere on campus. Handlers are responsible for cleaning up after their service animal. Any damage to our property will incur additional charges. One ADA certified service animal is permitted per unit.

A service animal must be under the control or its handler. Under ADA regulations, service animals must be harnessed, leashed or tethered, unless the individual’s disability prevents using these devices or these devices interfere with the service animal’s safe, effective performance of tasks. In that case, the individual must maintain control of the animal through voice, signal or other effective controls. Per ADA regulations, if a service animal is out of control and the handler does not take effective action to control it, staff may request that the animal be removed from the premises.

Emotional support, comfort, therapy and companion animals are NOT recognized as service animals under Title III of the ADA and are therefore not allowed on property.
