Owner was great and tried to help counter the issues we had, but unfortunately there were things out of her control. When we arrived, the house had not been fully cleaned. We got in late and the owners closet was wide open and no towels out for us other than the ones that were randomly on our bed and in dryer. The cleaning manager showed up the morning after we arrived and wanted to finish cleaning. She walked into the master room while I was changing. The kitchen cabinets are quite literally falling off of the hinges, some of the door handles and towel racks are loose/fall off, the dart boards have nowhere to be hung up so couldn’t use them, there’s 2.5 paddles for ping pong, not many bath towels and the ones they do have are tiny, the dishwasher doesn’t clean the dishes (tried running it 3 times), the kitchen faucet is leaking, there was hardly any charcoal left for the grill, no lighters for the grill (she did send us some but came a day later), no umbrella for outside (she tried getting it to come faster but didn’t work out), the free snacks they left out are expired. The garage lasers aren’t lined up so someone has to hold it in place for it to close. The theater seats are weirdly sticky. It did the job for a bachelor party, but definitely what it’s made out to be in the listing. Also beware that you do have to go up quite a few stairs to get into the house. Again, I feel terrible leaving this because the owner was so nice, but it definitely need to be updated.
