« The house was so adorable! It had a fun mid century vibe, but also had the modern amenities needed for a perfect stay. We all had a great time. Also, the record player is haunted. It provided some unexpected comedy and gave us a good story from our trip! Thank you for a lovely weekend. »

« We stayed for 11 days and enjoyed every minute of it! This place had everything you needed and then some! We loved it and didn’t want to leave, we will stay again. This was really heaven on earth. »

« Nice and tucked away in the woods, overall quiet and peacful and a great place to crash after checking oit the area during the day.Was a little difficult to identify which property we were to be at as the drive was unmarked for the number we were supposed to be at. »

« We had a wonderful time at Fern Cottage this weekend-it was a unique stay. Sage was very responsive to our questions. Overall the tiny house isn't at all too tiny and we were comfortable with 2 adults and 3 teens (ages 12, 15, and 17). The beds were all very comfortable with soft bedding! Fern Cottage was nicely decorated with the essentials. Coffee grinds with some creamers already available for use. « Beautiful property. A very well stocked house. Lots of kitchen utensils and pots and pan. Felt very safe. Just perfect. »

« We loved this wonderful cabin on the lake. The inside was beautifully decorated. We also enjoyed all the moments outside with coffee on the porch and making smores by the fire. This cabin is close to beautiful waterfalls and hiking trails. My only regret is that we could not stay longer. »

« This was my first time staying in a Tiny Home, and we had a great time! It’s just secluded enough on acres of woods to enjoy a peaceful retreat. The fire pit was amazing with two great swings and several Adirondack chairs surrounding it. The porch swing was a plus! The outdoor area had several rows of outdoor lighting that was beautiful at night. Something to consider though…The spiral stair case is narrow and a little shaky, so if that would be a issue, I wouldn’t suggest staying at this Tiny...

« Charming and clean place. Please be aware there isn’t a dishwasher and the smaller cabin that is available for rent is three steps from the front porch. Not a biggie if you have family or friends staying with you, but close quarters when it is also booked. The WiFi could be a lot better. Overall, we loved it! « We have a very large family and this property was perfect for us. It is even more beautiful in person. We all fell in love with it. The kids played games and we all sat around a fire for smores. We were traveling to Gulf Shores from Kentucky and chose to rent this property instead of hotel rooms for one night and it exceeded ALL expectations. It’s beautiful and the hosts made check-in super easy and stayed in communication with us. HIGHLY recommend and hope to stay there again one day. »
