„The studio room was just fine for us. Easy access to the room from the parking garage. Great location in regards to the sky bridge. The property had multiple pools to choose from which was great for eliminating overcrowding at one pool or the other. The lazy river was a great added perk. Our room location was a little bit of a walk to the beach but nothing too great for us. My wife thought the room could have been cleaner but it wasn't terrible. „Everything was great being right on the beach. The only thing was is we arrived 15 minutes early due to driving in is hard to time. We couldn’t get in until 4pm is what the text stated so we had to wait to get in. Other VRBOs don’t mind if you are a little early. That’s the only complaint I had.“

„The ad is not correct, this is not a walk to the beach!I was very excited for my Destin beach getaway. I got this cottage because it mentioned it was 20 minute walk from the beach and I did not get a rental car.Upon my arrival, I noticed the toilet and the shower were dirty. I tried to walk to the beach, but it’s only accessible through the bridge which is not a 20 minute walk. There is a restaurant walking distance or so many more restaurants/bars just a short drive away. The host luckily let us check in early and kept great communication the entire stay to make sure we were enjoying our visit. If we ever come back I would absolutely rent this unit again.“
