Bienvenue dans notre condo "Sunny and Chair" @ Gulf Dunes # 314! Avec une élévation de choix au 4e étage, notre condo est magnifiquement meublé et équipé! Nous avons une cuisine et des salles de bains rénovées, une grande douche à l'italienne avec portes en verre, des sols carrelés partout (pas de moquette brute) et de beaux meubles et une décoration! SERVICE DE PLAGE GRATUIT INCLUS!
Nous avons prépayé votre service de plage, ce qui signifie 2 chaises plus un parasol par jour, ce qui représente normalement 245 $ / semaine!

Gulf Dunes 314 peut accueillir 6 personnes avec une suite principale King (matelas neuf novembre 2019), des lits superposés pour les enfants dans le couloir et un matelas de couchette en mousse à mémoire de forme amélioré dans notre canapé en cuir sans barre au milieu! Nous avons de beaux meubles, y compris un canapé-lit en cuir amélioré, un fauteuil inclinable en cuir, des meubles d'extérieur améliorés (pas les trucs en plastique bon marché que la plupart des condos ont) et nous offrons une cuisine rénovée avec des comptoirs en quartz, des armoires à secousses blanches à fermeture douce et est entiÚrement équipée avec plats de poterie et ustensiles de cuisine et ustensiles de cuisson Rachel Ray. De plus, nous avons un téléviseur SMART à écran plat de 55 pouces dans le salon et un grand téléviseur à écran plat SMART dans la suite principale, laveuse / sécheuse dans le condo et nous offrons le WIFI gratuit!

Gulf Dunes 314 propose 2 piscines (dont une chauffĂ©e en saison), 2 plages piĂ©tonnes, service de plage, court de tennis, ascenseur et salle d'exercice. À quelques minutes de marche, vous trouverez le restaurant «AJ’s Oyster Shanty», le restaurant de fruits de mer «Stewbys» et un mini-golf / crĂšme glacĂ©e! Nos clients adorent Ă©galement le restaurant appelĂ© «The Gulf» qui est trĂšs proche - des fruits de mer frais directement sur la baie avec une incroyable salle Ă  manger en plein air. De plus, nous sommes trĂšs bien situĂ©s Ă  proximitĂ© de la promenade, de l'embarcadĂšre de pĂȘche (feux d'artifice hebdomadaires en Ă©tĂ©), d'AdventureZone, du Gulfarium et de nombreux excellents restaurants et magasins ainsi que d'une Ă©picerie proche, Publix. Nous sommes Ă  quelques minutes de route de Destin, mais nous adorons nos plages car elles sont moins frĂ©quentĂ©es que Destin!

This place had it all. Great view, easy access to the beach and beach setup included with the stay. They had everything you could need or want in the condo, will definitely stay there again.

Wow, from the moment we stepped thru the door and saw our view of the gulf, we were amazed! Sunny and Chair was the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The condo is cute and comfortable, the kitchen is very well stocked with every item you would need during your stay, the host was great too as we extended our stay because we loved it so much. Truly awesome! We would def stay here again!

This property was fantastic. The owners were responsive when i couldn't find trash bags, and the small details in the property made all the difference. They had beach essentials available to use, and the beach service made life at the beach super easy. The place was so clean, which seems tricky with all the sand outside. Easy access to the beach is a major plus. I would recommend this place to anyone and would stay here again.

I absolutely loved this place! My stay here was a long stay as monthly rental off season and it was very relaxing. I loved waking and falling asleep to the waves. The place was very cleaned when I checked in, the managers were very communicative and the unit was spacious with light yet tranquil colors. I absolutely loved how much natural light there is in the unit. The only thing I was disappointed (not owner or management issues) is that the condo hours for the gym are short, so for those like me who this was home and had to work, it was hard to make it to the gym
in which case beach walks were regularly executed :-). Thank you for letting make this my home for few months
if I haven’t bought after season, I would def come back and recommend!!

We were instantly impressed the moment we arrived at how clean and thought out the condo was presented. It’s a must to have a comfortable king bed as we have stayed in nice condos before with awful beds which ruined our trip! The king bed felt like a dream and gave us the rest that we needed. The view is as spectacular and we had every thing we needed including beach chairs! Thank you 
 we will be back!

We had a wonderful time getting back together with fiends and the condo was perfect for our visit! It was an easy walk to the tournament and to restaurants and bars near by. We loved hanging out of the deck watching the dolphins and walking to the beach to see the rays that were playing on the water. We would definitely stay there again! Check in was super easy and I always had prompt responses from the owner/manager on any question. Oh and Hungry Hokies pizza was delicious!

This Condo was as described. The pros outweighed any minor cons we had. To start, I love how easy it was to communicate with our manager, Kris. Very helpful and very responsive. The location and proximity to the beach was the biggest draw. Watching dolphins in the AM from the patio was a daily occurrence. The condo was on the smaller side compared to some of our previous rentals but was perfect for our 5yo & 8yo. Even though this unit was directly by the elevator, it was very quiet at night. The only complaint, which is very minor, there is a light that does slightly shine In through the shutter blinds in the main bedroom. I would maybe suggest a single pull curtain to block that light out. It is listed in the rental agreement, so no surprises, but no beach towels/cooler/sand toys are included with the rental property. Just something to be aware of. Other than that, the chair attendants were very kind, the nearby restaurants were good (expect a long wait if you choose to eat out for dinner, shorter/no wait times for lunches). The ocean can be crystal clear one day and murky the next, which some very kind locals said is normal for July/August time.

The good: 1. Great view 2. Updated fixtures The bad: 1. The master bed is soft and uncomfortable. I had to sleep in the the hallway bunk. 2. The refrigerator handle was broken when we Arrived. The middle shelf in the refrigerator Is not safe to set heavy items on. 3. There only closet in the unit was had a broken Broken chair and vacuum in it that limited our Closet space. 4. Master bedroom is right across from elevator Door so you hear anyone coming out of Elevators when you are sleeping.

This condo is a great home base for a family beach vacation. The bed in the master is AMAZINGLY comfortable (I mention this because it’s always the thing I’m most disappointed in with rentals), and the bunk beds were very comfortable for our kids. The included chair service makes a day at the beach so much easier (especially with kids), and it is only a minute or two from the condo to the pool or beach. We loved our stay and hope to return in the future!

My favorite part of this property was the view from the balcony! Everything was very clean. Good appliances. Bed was very comfy. Property manager was so helpful with all our questions before getting there. My only complaint would be that the bedroom stayed warmer then the rest of the place. Make sure to keep the ceiling fan on to help with that. Would stay here again!

We had a very good time during our trip to the beach. Our condo was in a good location and building was clean and quiet. The only negative was coffee pot was full of old coffee and dishwasher was full of dirty dishes when we arrived, soap was in dishwasher but it was never started to wash. I would have thought cleaning staff would have checked. We washed so it wasn't a terrible situation. We would return to this location.

We love traveling to Fort Walton Beach, and have stayed in several different properties. This was a perfect fit for our family of four. The kids loved the bunk beds, and we appreciated the king sized bed with a really comfy mattress, which is a detail often skimped on in rental properties. They also took the time to put a few cute decorations up for our son’s birthday, which we were celebrating during our stay...so sweet and thoughtful!
