Staff very pleasant and helpful

The entire property is in need of an upgrade and renovation. I suppose that’s reflected in the price. The people/staff were all extra friendly. Being on the water is a huge plus It’s clean and safe but don’t expect the Ritz.

Nice place

My only complaint is that Vacasa is the manager. They are great, responsive, and on site. But, there are no scatter rugs, I suppose it costs more to wash them. But, I like a rug in front of my bathroom sink and at least a welcome mat inside the door if not both side ands out.

Perfect!!

I had the most perfect stay on this beautiful beach! The condo is wonderful! Loved the location and it was so relaxing to sit on the outdoor patio overlooking the gulf. Beach service was great! The condo has everything for making meals (even a toaster and blender). You would need to walk a ways or drive a few minutes to area restaurants but you can also get food delivery right to your door…which I did since I didn’t have a car. Bed was really comfy!!

Shortened Trip

Due to weather related emergency at home we had to leave 4 days early. We did not purchase trip insurance but circumstances probably would not have applied. Enjoyed the property while there. It was clean, adequately equipped, and comfortable all around. Pricing was very reasonable. A couple more minor comments. The sliding door to the deck was bent and would not close all the way. Room stayed comfortable despite. There was standing water in the dishwasher indicating a possible clog. We did not run it. We have been to this site several times and will return in the future.

Easy access to the beach

Very cute condo. Small but we didn’t spend a lot of time in it. There is NO deadbolt on the front door with electronic keypad on the outside. Beds are mediocre. But for the price it works. Great beach!

Great beach

We were not told there would be construction during the day, it’s going to be lovely but it was nerve racking. Someone was smoking on their balcony, when no smoking on property was posted in ad. No vacuum, shampoo or conditioner as mentioned in the ad. No hangers at all. No coffee filters provided. We also found a dead bug/beetle between the sheets. We did feel the location was nice and may return to a different unit.

Overall - Beautiful beach views, Paper thin walls

Let’s start with the positives! The beach is literally right outside your door and it was absolutely beautiful! It’s not too far from restaurants so it was an easy drive to get food! BUT if you are a light sleeper like we are then this isn’t for you! The walls are very very thin and you can hear everything! We also had some trouble with the air conditioner but that could be user error.

Great place!

We were moved from our original property rental to a different one, as the owners decided not to rent anymore. Wyndham and ResortQuest were amazing, and SO helpful! We had a great week, the space was nice and clean, stocked, and in a great location!

Amazing view and a great location. The condo was decorated beautifully which was a perfect classy backdrop for all the pictures of us I took before we hit the town or the beach. Quick drive to everything we needed or wanted to do. We didn’t want to ever leave.

Great gulf views!

We arrived after hours and used the resorts after hours service to access our room...very easy. Once in, the room was clean cute and comfy, it provides everything you might need. The view was absolutely awesome! The beach service provided was exceptional as well, thank you Dalton!!! My only recommendation would be for a few rugs one at entry and at porch, maybe also broom or mini vacuum, just to rid some of the sand we carry in. Great local eatery burgers fries - on miracle strip parkway,The Cowhead... so good! Will be visiting again :)

Ready or Not? Not Really!

The condo we rented from July 29, 2018 through August 3, 2018, was not ready to be occupied by renters. The main problem was the air conditioner, which needed to be replaced. The AC leaked small amounts of water on the bathroom floor and caused three walls surrounding the AC unit to be soggy and wet. One of the walls housed an electrical outlet which we felt unsafe using. The walls were wet to the touch and the paint was trickling down the walls. The sliding glass door to the balcony/patio was heavy and difficult to open. It would not close properly. The closet doors would barely open so we didn't use the closet because of the inability to move them side-to-side. The one bed frame was propped up by boards and there was a wooden paint stirrer on top of one of the stacks of boards. I guess the paint stirrer helped with the support. The kitchen supplies were basic and one of the knives was broken, with the plastic handle piece missing. It was just the bare minimum with kitchen supplies, paper towels, trash bags and toilet paper. We needed an additional roll of toilet paper within two days and when I went to ask for one toilet paper roll, the front desk said they didn't give out those types of supplies. I said that toilet paper is pretty basic and that that is one item that should be in good supply for the renters. The location, itself, of the condo, was wonderful. The beach was very close. Our kids had a wonderful time playing on the beach and swimming in the water. In conclusion, the owner(s) of the condo should have checked the condition of the condo before renting. We did ask to be moved to another condo unit but since it was high-peak occupancy due to summer vacations, all units were already taken.
