« Unfortunately we checked out within 30 minutes...there was black mold in the bathroom, water damage, and not clean. Took about 5 minutes to get someone to come to the front desk. Only saw one staff member who seemed to be doing it all. When Expedia reached out about for a refund, the staff available wasnt authorized to do a refund. Avoid this place. »

« When we first walked in the lady at the front desk sat next to the wall and I personally did not see her. When we walked up to her, she had an annoyed tone and was snippy with one worded responses, "ID; Here; Sign This" I'm not in the hospitality business, but I am from Texas and I try to be kind, even when this lady was being intentionally rude. The lady I am referring to had a thick accent and beads in her hair (not the young lady who checked us out). Other then that, the stay was wonderful,...
