Hôtel vieux… lit minuscules et pas confortable… Salle de bain propre mais très vielle… impossible de se regarder au miroir… j’ai oublié mon blouson… je me suis rendu compte 3h âpre… compliqué pour le contacter et de plus ils avez les info un fois retrouvé pouvait me contacter de plus que j’avais mes documents à l’intérieur

Chambre à rénover d'urgence, à part le pommeau de douche qui fonctionnait bien le reste était cassé (rideaux, lit, lavabo, baignoire). Rapport qualité pris beaucoup trop cher

Cher, moyen et avec un problème de radiateur
Gros problème dans la chambre : fuit d’eau du radiateur. Malgré l’intervention d’un technicien, le radiateur a tourné à fond toute la nuit. Il faisait une chaleur de fou. L’hôtel étant complet, on ne nous a pas proposé de solution, pas de dédommagement. A 170eur la nuit, on pouvait s’attendre à largement mieux. Par ailleurs, la literie était très moyenne et l’hôtel défraîchi.

Hébergement pratique mais manque de propreté et l'état des lieux est médiocre. Les lits étaient peu confortables. Néanmoins, endroit calme et personnel accueillant

Hôtel avec parking situé près d’un Loch, à quelques kilomètres de Fort William. Accueil très sympathique, chambre assez spacieuse. Forte odeur d’humidité à l’intérieur de la chambre, on a dû aérer. Petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet avec un stand produits chauds. Séjour correct dans l’ensemble

Le WIFI n'est accessible que dans les parties communes (bar, restaurant), pas dans les chambres. On nous a promis une belle vue sur le loch, malheureusement la fenêtre était très sale.

Démodé, trop chère
Hôtel démodé, et vraiment trop chère pour son état, mais moins chère que le reste avec des chambres libres. Un exemple: il y avait au moins 2 autobus plein de touristes, qui devraient tous prendre leur petit déjeuner, mais pour ce monde il n'y avait que 2 machine pour toaster les tartines (la qualité du pain demande d'être toasté). Si on oublie cela, le petit déjeuner était OK.

The view from the hotel is beautiful over a loch, however, we were disappointed with the condition of the room. The sheets were stained and torn. Pillows and bed not very comfortable. Definitely a budget stay.

Das Hotelzimmer war sehr klein, der Teppich alt und verdreckt. Das Bett ist so klein und kurz, das die Füße herausragten. Das Badezimmer ist ebenfalls sehr klein. Der Frühstücksraum ähnelt einem uralten Ballraum, das Frühstück selbst war so ziemlich das schlechteste, was man hätte haben können. Es gab weder Wurst noch Käse. Anstatt Eiern gab es lediglich das wohlbekannte „Rührei“ aus dem Tetra Pak, welches allerdings nicht einmal richtig durchgebraten wurde. Für ein Zimmer im 200€ pro Nacht-Bereich muss man etwas deutlich besseres erwarten können. Alles in allem ist das Hotel sehr schlecht, hatte seine besten Zeiten in den Sechzigerjahren und wirkt wie eine große Abzocke.

The staff at the front desk were friendly. The hotel needing upgrading. Rooms clean but beds very uncomfortable. The food in the dining room was terrible and seemed like it was all pre packaged and microwaved with no taste or flavour. Drinks needed to be gotten from the bar. They were not served at the table.The bar person this day was very unfriendly. There was no tea or coffee service after dinner. We were told it was shut off but a kind wait staff member got me a coffee from the kitchen.

Albergo in ristrutturazione e con cantiere in corso, presenza di topi che girovagano nei dintorni dei materiali di lavorazione. Camera umidissima e piena di muffa, il bagno non dispone di impianto di ventilazione. Posto fuori dal centro di Fort William e per muoversi serve la macchina o il taxi. Assolutamente sconsigliato

Staff acted almost annoyed with any interaction at all. The restaurant has very limited menu (definitely not what’s listed online) & our room was rundown,outdated & uncomfortable It certainly isn’t worth what they charge.

A member of staff was very helpful and took my suitcase to the 1st floor for me. The room was clean and the breakfast was excellent. Parking - I managed to park but it was irritating that quite a few people did not park very well and left spaces which were a bit too narrow for a car. If only they had parked within the white lines! So I had to look around for a suitable space. Finally I think this hotel has a problem with their plumbing as the toilet did not smell fresh.

Two miles from the High Street, it is withing walking distance. The view across the loch is gorgeous. Everything worked, though the carpet is worn, and the floor creaks. Enjoyed the stay.
