This place is not maintained at all, luxurious it is not! All the security gates are left open, smoke alarms are ripped out of the ceiling, there are stains on the couches, a missing toilet paper holder in one bathroom, slime and pubic hair on the floor of the other bathroom. There are no mattress pads, really cheap linens and towels, there was one coffee mug, two 8 ounce glasses and very few dishes. Trash piled up in the halls and entrance during the week. It was very noisy in the halls in the evening, After not responding at all to our requests for more mugs/glasses, the management showed up while we were gone and did not inform us, to bring more the day before we left. We think it is because we told them they were in violation of fire codes and sent photos. There weren't enough dishes either but we werent going to eat there given the condition of the place and lack of cookware as well. Basically it is a dump posing as a nice place.
