« Maria prepared/served breakfast, great job. The gal at the desk (Aeryl ?) was the rudest we have EVER encountered. Rooms now look like a ghetto with blackened tracks on the carpet, patched/cracked hollow-core interior doors, graffiti in the elevator, etc. We will never stay at this hotel again. »
