« We were never able to check in. We arrived at the motel at 6:30pm. No one was available to check us in. There was a sign posted outside the office saying that check in was only from 3 to 4pm. We lost the money we had paid for the room, and had to find another hotel to stay in. A drug addict who was staying in one of the rooms was wandering around in the parking lot. He scared my wife. »

I was disappointed that plastic water bottles were given out at check in. Plastic is so toxic to the environment, Thereâs nothing wrong with the water at this location. No plastic bottled water is needed for the guests. »

« The staff are really welcoming, friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean and our room was very spacious. The breakfast, included, was great with lots of healthy options for grown-ups and kids. The pool space was nicely heated although the pool was a bit cold for my kids (it is the middle of winter now...). The hotel is conveniently only 25 min from skiing slopes. Overall, great experience. We would come back to this hotel!
