« Many minor repairs are needed. The home was as clean as it can get without renovation. Gas grill was filled with charcoal and ash. Yard is overgrown with long grass and weeds. Mattresses are as uncomfortable as sleeping on a hardwood floor. For the price and quality, I would have rather stayed at a hotel. If you like a comfortable couch and big TV, this is your place. If you value anything else about your stay, look somewhere else. »

« It was the perfect space! There was ample beautiful inside space, lovely outside space. The kitchen was stocked with just about everything you could need to use. There were amazing size TVs in all the spaces. The bathrooms were clean and even had bidets! The game room was a great transition space between the indoor space and the outdoor space! « The neighborhood was the first thing we noticed when we got there. The house is not located in the best part of town, a bit sketchy. While the house was generally comfortable, the master bath had loose floor tiles and grout kept coming loose, not ideal for bare feet. The shower door allowed water to leak on the floor which was probably contributing to the loose tile issue. The pots and pans were worn and the finish was starting to come off. « Perfect for our large group. Lots of sleeping options and plenty of towels, pillows, etc. The two tv/living spaces were nice since we had a mix of parents and teens staying on site. The neighborhood was a little rundown for what we were expecting from the High Point area, but overall good value for our needs. »

« We had a terrific stay! The home is far more charming than pictured and fit us perfectly. We were excited to have our dogs with us and be so close to everything. Our host was so easy to communicate with & super friendly. Definitely will come back when traveling to or through Greensboro! »

« I picked this house solely because of the trampoline and basketball goal to keep 3 kiddos busy - and it definitely worked! The house was also tidy and had some extra things that we forgot to bring! It was a great stay for the 2 days we were there. The host stayed in communication for any questions we had! »

« Small cottage. Perfect for one, two if you don’t mind being close. Glad the money goes to help our veterans. Close to everything in High Point. If I could make a suggestion it would be to put a shelving unit over the toilet to set personal items on. Communication was great. It was very quiet. »
