„Property was very nice. We were advised in advance that there was construction in the area but it did not affect us. For a relatively new property we were surprised with the number of stains on the carpeting in both bedrooms. Carpet was clean, just stained. Unit was clean and contained everything we need. There was an issue with the garage door opening that the host worked diligently to resolve. Since it was summer parking outside was not an issue and did not affect our stay.  ...

„The property is newer. For me the property seemed larger than the pictures. The living room and deck are one of the largest in a condo I have seen in Winter Park/ Fraser area. The condo had a lot of kitchen and grill items compared to other VRBO’s I have stayed at, which was nice. Everything was super clean etc. I will stay again. “

„Lots of space, bathrooms, and seating for a large group. Decking has been recently updated with new trex,and new grill. The new grill could be larger but that’s a small issue. Also new outdoor seating is nice. Cookware is pretty worn out and should be replaced. China and silverware is good in quantity and quality. Large refrigerator and freezer is very helpful.
