« Staff were great, room was very nice and clean. »

« The room was clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable. There is also an onsite Chinese restaurant and other eateries close by. Parking was at the for of my room. The view from the room over the river in the morning was lovely. »

« We stayed at the Oaks resort for two nights, which was enough as there is not much to do around and the pool is closed. The room is kinda old and needs a refresh. Staff is kind and helpful. The cafe next to the hotel was great. Overall our stay was fine. »

« The reception staff told us they would leave our keys on the door lock for our late check-in. They weren’t there (thankfully, our door was unlocked). The room smelled like old perfume as if they were trying to conceal some bad smells… There was no AC, so it was quite hot at night… The kitchen had a pizza oven, a BBQ, but somehow, no cutlery/plates/etc??? When we wanted to do our checkout, there was no one at the reception even though it was supposed to be open… The only positive things are that...

« Tres bien belle vue. Mais pas de Wifi. »

« Lovely big cabin and surrounds that suited our needs perfectly. »

« Cute cottage with charm. »

« The room was perfect - so incredibly clean and right next to gorgeous pool As for Dianne - we have never met such an incredible property manager / nothing was a problem- she answered text within minutes and the whole experience just had us smiling Thank you Dianne we will be back »

« Everything was great and the host Dianne was wonderful to deal with. Great little spot for a get away. »

« Comfortable room. Great stay close to the Hervey Bay Boat Club and Whale Watch experience. »

« Very clean and the host was very welcoming, nice and quiet »
