The property was very clean. The house was very charming and cozy. We loved how private and quiet it felt, but also how close it was to Main Street. It was a very nice place for a couples getaway. Would definitely stay here again!

Quaint and Cute Cottage

Reviewer Comments: This was perfect for my wife and I, close to everything, can get to Main Street in minutes and then the wineries and a straight shot as well. Hot tub is a nice touch, very easy to check in/out and has driveway parking putting you right by your entrance! We hope to visit again soon and will definitely book the Wash House again!

Amazing Anniversary getaway!

This place was PERFECT! Close to everything, clean , quaint, and the hot tub was awesome! Would 100% recommend, in fact I have recommended it for 2 other couples already and they have looked into it.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My boyfriend and I came to disconnect and decompress! This was the most perfect place for that... it's so quiet and cute inside. Just the perfect amount of space for the two of us... the hot tub was a nice to enjoy after roaming around all day. And the bed is one of the most comfortable ones we've ever slept on... he's already recommended staying here to his friend. We're definitely planning on coming back and staying longer next time

Great space for our first trip to Fredericksburg. Perfect for two people. Very comfortable bed, nice, quiet neighborhood and close to everything for both downtown and wine country.

Fantastic house combining its rich history with modern touches. The house is located within a short travel distance of anything you might want to see in Fredericksburg. We would definitley stay here again

Perfect Hideaway

Cute little house with everything you need and your own very clean hot tub. We loved our stay here. Only one thing needed, a new mattress. I will definitely look for this place again when we come back.

So Relaxing!

We loved the property. The house was adorable. Perfect amount of space for my husband and I. Really enjoyed the hot tub. Super close to downtown and just around the corner from a spa. Would definitely stay again!

Anniversary weekend

We had a great time and this cozy property was perfect for my husband and I to celebrate our anniversary. Only very minor issue was the lock on the door was difficult to lock and unlock but would not keep me from staying here again as everything else about the property was wonderful!

This is a quiet neighborhood. It’s walkable to Main Street in about 15-20 minutes if you enjoy walking. The hot tub is well maintained and worked great. The AC wouldn’t adjust in our first night and they came out quickly to remedy the issue. The bed was so comfortable that I’m looking for a mattress topper and the linens for the bathroom were plush. I’d recommend bringing your own toiletries but otherwise everything is there that you could need. We loved having the games as well.

Cozy Little Wash House is perfect for two!
