The Space:

The property has two homes: the Main House (with its attached Bunk House) and a separate Guest House.



🏡 Main House – The heart of the property. This house sleeps 10 guests with comfortable living spaces for gathering and making memories together. Enjoy a spacious chef's kitchen, perfect for preparing meals for the whole group, and an oversized back porch with beautiful Hill Country views. Start your morning with coffee by the outdoor fireplace or wind down with sunset drinks overlooking the countryside.



🛏️ Attached Bunk House – "The Donkey Den" is connected to the Main House and sleeps an additional 8 guests in bunk-style accommodation, perfect for kids or anyone who wants their own hangout spot while staying close to the group.



🏠 Separate Guest House – A private second home on the property that sleeps another 8 guests, offering extra privacy and a space to relax.
