« Home is exceptionally clean. Plunge pool was super clean and quite warm for early March - it's nearly full sun all day long. Comfortable home and actually pretty private pool and patio area. There is a pergola for shade with outdoor dining and that was a great place to get some work done and get out of the full sun as needed. The view of Buck Island is good, but the house is not located high so there is some general neighbor noise - a few dogs and the famous island roosters are present. ...

« This home is set in a location with absolute privacy and beautiful unobstructed views off the huge covered patio while still being 5 minutes from a grocery store and 10 minutes from downtown Christiansted. The house has been well maintained and was very clean with new jalousie windows storm doors and screen doors. Furniture and beds also seem to be updated and well kept. The pool was also a very nice amenity set away from the home to take advantage of views and trade winds. »

« Do Not be fooled by this listing. The pool is NOT A PRIVATE POOL. It is shared and you have to ASK FOR PERMISSION to use it. When I found this out, I asked for a refund and was denied. I told him I that his post is misleading and based on what he advertised, I was under the impression that the pool was private and part of the rental. He stated that it wasn't. »
