Located on the 1ᵉʳ floor (with lift), it consists of a lovely 24 m² living room, fitted kitchen, a nice bedroom, a bathroom (with shower). Cleaning is included in the rental and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels), your bed will be prepared on your arrival.

Please note that construction work is underway opposite the residence. This may cause some noise or visual disturbance at certain times. However, the work is suspended at weekends and on public holidays, as well as during August.
