The house and property are beautiful! Plenty of room for our 6 adults and 6 teens. The hosts allowed us to have a Christmas family gathering of 15 and there was more than enough room for that as well. The pool, spa and backyard is gorgeous! This would be a perfect venue for a wedding, family reunion, etc. You feel like you’re in the country but with the convenience of Savemart being right down the street. Maureen was very quick to respond to our messages and so friendly. We will likely rent this home again for our future holiday gatherings.

Amazing property with all the amenities. Good spot for a weekend getaway. Kids loved the most as they have everything from pool to lots of garden area for them to play around. The house was kept clean by the time we reached. Kitchen needed some extra utensils and bigger pans especially for people who prefer to cook at home during vacation.The host was very friendly and very very responsive. We’d recommend this to everyone. Can’t wait to go again in the future.

Wonderful home for a family reunion. Lots of room both outside as well as inside. Home beautifully appointed. Only neutral input was that the beds were not as comfortable as other places we’ve stayed.Maureen was wonderful to work with. Very quick on replies to my questions. She supported our family having a large group, charging us a reasonable price for extra headcount.Grocery store only 4 minutes away which was also convenient!

We had a great time in the Fresno area. The house was very clean and the property was beautiful. The host was extremely easy to contact and quick to reply. We would definitely stay here again. The house was equipped with anything you could need for cooking or grilling. And tons of coffee and tea pods for the Keurig.

We truly enjoyed staying at this beautiful home. So much space for 11 of us to enjoy together and enough area for privacy too. Great kitchen for preparing meals or snacks. Relaxing in Reedley

We planned for a relaxing stay while we were on our yearly California trip and this is exactly what we got and more at our stay here! Everything was perfect starting with the easy process to reserve our stay to the immaculate accommodations. The decor, air conditioning, outdoor park setting, salt water pool and picking fresh fruit off the trees was top notch! The best peaches and nectarines!! Maureen and CJ truly thought of everything! One night we opted to use the Santa Maria style grill to BBQ some tri tip over oak wood and used the gas grill to make some chicken another night. We stopped at Costco on the way in for all our groceries so we didn’t have to leave as everything else was provided here. The master bedroom was a dream and we loved the large shower! We swam with our 8 year old every day, ALL day! The outdoor air conditioned half bath was an awesome touch so we didn’t have to run inside to use the restroom. Our parents that live in California came to stay with us a couple nights and they couldn’t stop raving about how lovely and luxurious the whole property was. True paradise. We couldn’t say enough positive things about this amazing rental! Thank you Maureen and CJ! We hope to be able to return some day!

Sequoia Bucket List with friends of 40 years

Perfect location for exploring Sequoia and Yosemite. It is a beautiful property with lots of wonderful outside areas including pool, hot tub, bar, grill, basketball court. We spent most of our time in the back yard. The house was beautiful with space to spread out and enjoy. The owner, Maureen was a pleasure to communicate with.

Beautiful home and property

We had a wonderful time staying here. Everything was very clean and very spacious. The master bedroom and bath were amazing. The kitchen is beautiful and has everything you need and more. And needless to say we all wished we had another week just to enjoy the outdoor area , pool and spa. And even had our whole group play basketball on the basketball court. It was amazing. We picked the area so we would be able to visit both sequoia and Yosemite. It was still a pretty long drive to Yosemite but only about an hour and a half to Sequoia. All in all a good location to enjoy both places. We were all anxious to get back to the house to enjoy the pool each day. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay here again if we revisit the area.

Family get together

The property was amazing -- like a resort! Our group had 6 adults: 2 grandparents, their 2 adult "children" with their spouses and 6 little girls, ages 1 - 7. We had a "1st birthday" party for our littlest granddaughter. We had a surprise 50th Anniversary celebration for us (we couldn't celebrate 2 1/2 yrs ago because of Covid) with balloons and cake from the local bakery. We had so much fun in the pool, with a Slip and Slide and water balloons (the temperature was in the 100's, so we had lots of water activities). Most of our time was spent outside. Inside was spacious and very comfortable. There were many games and books (the 7-year old read many of them and was really interested in “How To Beat Your Dad at Chess”. The only drawback was the full size bed in one of the bedrooms. We all agreed there should be a Queen bed in that room. The room with the daybed worked fine for the children. We brought 3 crib mattresses and two 3 year olds and a 5-year old slept on those on the floor (it was so cute). Two sisters, 5 and 7, slept on the daybed. We all agreed that as they got older, they could sleep on a couple twin mattresses on the floor, pushed together. Maureen, the host, was so helpful in answering any questions and meeting every need. My husband left a laptop charging cord there and she is mailing it to

Not only was the property as shown on VRBO but it was even better in person. The host was very accommodating and great with communication. I was a bit nervous to see what this rental would provide simply because it is a rather new listing and there were few reviews. I wasted time and energy worrying. It was just PERFECT! You truly do get what is shown in the description and more. The house and property are beautiful. We had teenagers with us and they spent very little time on their phones. There was so much for them to do such as basketball, bags, hot tub, etc. The entire area is gated with a huge area behind the house. As we sat back there I thought of how amazing it would be for toddlers and kids as well..... so much room to play and run. We did not have the pool heated and we still were able to swim. Granted...we are from Minnesota so it may be chilly for those of you used to a little bit warmer temps. without getting it heated. Maureen truly thinks of everything. The house was spotless. Soaps, conditioners, lotions, etc were all there so no need to pack them. I had a couple questions throughout the stay and Maureen was almost immediate with replies. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. The location is central to Fresno, Yosemite, and the Sequoias. Groceries right down the road in Reedley. Don't hesitate to rent this house if you are thinking of it. It is amazing!

Maureen’s house was exactly as presented in the photos. Very nice, very clean and worked perfectly for our work team. We even had some additional associates over for dinner one night and utilized the very nice barbecue area. The master bedroom is very large and very comfortable with all the amenities you need. The yard is beautiful and the interior is very nicely decorated. Maureen communicates very clearly as was always available. Would definitely stay again.
