Susan was super responsive and very communicative of what was expected of us and was able to walk us through getting into the property even with Vrbo goofing up and not sending a check-in email. « Overall, the stay was okay, but I was a bit disappointed. The room had a strange smell, like an old apartment that hasn’t been aired out properly. Also, everything felt much smaller than it looks in the photos. The pictures are very well taken and make the space appear much bigger than it actually is. »

« This was the perfect studio for our family! The location could not be more perfect being right across from the ski school, slopes, restaurants and rentals. The lockers in the garage were incredibly convenient. The hosts were welcoming, thorough and very responsive. I made a trip to the grocery store and forgot to grab coffee but was pleasantly surprised that I had been saved as coffee had been stocked in the cabinet! What a lifesaver! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! »

« As advertised. Check instructions were clear and concise and the unit was clean upon arrival. It's only a 10 minute walk to the gondola in ski boots. On the ground level of the building, Steep Brewery & Haywood Cafe had great options. Definitely worth checking out. »
