Everything about this rental experience was great and I will definitely visit again. The location was perfect for ease of getting to the resorts, hiking trails and food options. The condo was clean, well stocked with necessities and cozy. There is a shared hot tub that I was able to enjoy several times. Can’t say enough good things!!

Great place to stay

I lo love the place,it has the perfect location, everything is just minutes away, the lake us just minutes away, walking the the downtown is jus few minutes driving, you have everything with in 5minuts, l love ut so much im planing in coming back, i definitely recommended.

Loved our stay here!

We really enjoyed our stay! Location was great for walking or biking near the lake and for accessing downtown Frisco in a few minutes by car. The condo was nicely appointed and very spacious. (Loved the high ceilings!). Also, the kitchen was well equipped with pots, pans, and everything we needed! I would stay here again.

Great Colorado Experience

A group of us went to colorado to ski for the first time and this place was great! Right in the center of so many amazing ski resorts. The town of Frisco itself was extremely night and had so many options for food/drinks and fun! The house was extremely clean and welcoming, we loved the fireplace and that we each had our own room with our own bathroom! The morning views from our balcony were great!

overall a nice property

1st floor suite needs new mattress, very soft and uncomfortable. when we arrive the temperature inside was 76F, played around with the thermostat to later found out there is cooling in home. Don't know why we were not allowed to park in the garage Otherwise the place is nice and well maintained

Spacious!

This 3 bedroom was very spacious for our family to sleep, cook, and hang out in. It was very clean and nearly updated. Looks like they are still working on some updates, but what they’ve done so far is really nice . Great proximity to Breckenridge and Keystone for skiing. The only complaint is the so called pull out sleeper sofa is unsleepable. Literally a thin mattress with bulging springs. It’s unuasable.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, the condo is very nice, clean, and comfortable. We stayed two nights in early March for a ski vacation. The biggest problem is that the walk to the front door was covered by a sheet of ice. It is extremely dangerous, especially when carrying suitcases. Inside, we never found the parking passes. One of the three beds was lumpy and uncomfortable - the other two seemed newer and were fine. The kitchen cookware is also in bad shape. Other than these issues, we had a great time and enjoyed the location and one working hot tub (the other is broken).

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place fit us well. We had 2 couples and a few kids staying together, and would rent here again. A few things to note: 1. This is a great place for 2 couples with kids because 2 rooms have attached bathrooms. The third bedroom has a bathroom next to it in the hall, so it would be easy to add a 3rd couple. 2. One son slept on the futon with no complaints (college age- 6 foot guy).3. There is easy access to this 2nd floor unit through the garage. This made it easy to carry coolers and suitcases upstairs.4. The garage is small and won't fit suv's and trucks, but there is additional parking right across from the garage, so this was not a big deal for us. 5. The property management company was responsive when we called to make a minor repair.
