Our Third Stay Here

We love the location and the space of this property! The views are beautiful! We also enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. The hot tub was cloudy and had a funny smell, but the smell dissipated when we took off the lid to use it.The reason I did not give this property an overall 4 or 5 was because when we got there it was extremely warm, the thermostat was turned to 84. When we tried to open windows, several windows would not open. The windows in one of the bedrooms would not close completely ever. The bed in the master bedroom broke when my son was just sitting up from sleeping (luckily no one was hurt). The manager did respond quickly and they had a working bed to sleep in that night. I guess what I am trying to say is it seems like the place is in need of some care.Maybe it is because we stayed in this unit in 2015 ( I think) when everything worked and there was a wonderful steam shower that worked. I am not sure if we would stay here again.

Wonderful location!!!! Great for families and couples

Wonderful location to downtown! Lots of places to visit in walking distance. Large areas for groups, nice to have individual bathrooms and the powder room, views from the decks were nice. Kitchen/bathrooms was very well stocked. The building has a lot of stairs, so if that is a problem, be aware. Furniture is pretty old, couches not comfortable, drawers fall out when opened, pillows were not comfortable in any of the rooms. The house could have been cleaner, so much dust on all the blinds, the table had lots of old stuff stuck in it, the hot tub was very cloudy (we choose not to use). We choose to overlook some of these items and had a lovely 3 nights stay.

Not what we expected, very disappointed

We were so excited to have this rental, had carried it over from 2020, because of COVID-19. Had to pay extra, even though they had kept my deposit an entire year. I was told I could "split the fee on different credit cards", then when the time came, I was informed it had to be the same last name on the cards...what's the point!!! We had three different friends splitting the cost. So, one person ended up paying it in full. When we arrived, it had a musty smell (we actually hung car air fresheners around door knobs), dust on furniture (desks), dust bunnies under furniture, no toilet paper, Kleenex or "starter" necessities. There was not a single portable fan in the entire house. There was a used towel still hanging in bottom floor bathroom. The window cranks were broken, with masking tape trying to hold together. The downstairs walk in shower had loose adjusting hardware and would either freeze you or scald you. The tv in the downstairs bedroom had NO service. The upstairs suite walk-in shower had black mold on the ceiling. Dishes and utensils had to be rewashed before using...dirty. The last day, when we decided to leave, our door code would not work and after 2 hours of texting, we could not get back into the house! Will not rent this unit again and will not use this company in Frisco again.

Fantastic location for a hot time in Frisco

Second time staying at the Marina Park Penthouse. Great location and views from the upper deck. Frisco was unseasonably warm during our week. Would have been nice to have a few fans to pull the cool air in at night to cool the house. Would definitely rent again.

Great place for 6 adults and 3 toddlers

We enjoyed our stay very much, the house was a perfect size for our 3 families that stayed. The only downfall was that the floors were very dirty/dusty.

Perfect Location for Mountain Vacation

We had a great stay at Marina Park in Frisco. The condo had great views of the mountains, plenty of space for our two families and all the supplies and conveniences we needed. We especially liked the great room and hot tub on the top floor. The best part, however, was the location -- a short walk to many restaurants, shops and hiking/biking trails. We will be back!

Beautiful Getaway

This house was perfect in all aspects. Close to Breck for skiing, walking distance to local establishments and perfect for nights in. Property manager answered all questions in a very timely manner and the house was spotless.

This house was incredibly beautiful, with the most amazing views of the mountains in every direction you looked! The heated floors and top floor private hot tub took this place over the top.

Spacious property, excellent location, beautiful view

Great location walkable to downtown Frisco and the marina and a short drive to Breckinridge and Copper. Spacious comfortable living area and kitchen with lovely Mountain View’s. We loved this property and definitely want to return.

Great location and lots of space

This was a good location for our family with 4 young adults. We were able to walk to dinners, breakfast and shopping. A quick 10 minute drive to Copper Mountain for skiing. I’m not sure if the listing still says steam shower, but it doesn’t work. Also, we booked partially due to the hot tub and as other reviewers have noted it isn’t even close to being warm enough. The water was colder than bath water which was disappointing. Other than that, the space was nice.

Absolutely beautiful & exactly as described

If you're looking for a perfect Colorado cabin but swanky feel this place is it. Look no more. Place is so cozy and just perfect. Also it's huge. Three floors and garage attatched. Our visit was in November so wasn't quite ski season but it was perfect temperatures. Close to Vail about 30 min drive. Best vacation hubby and I have had in a long time. Colorado and this place absolutely beautiful.

Very nice property. Needed a few minor items, but well stocked.

Good location, easy walk to center of Frisco. Four floors, so lots of steps. Quiet. Quick response from property manager to minor questions. Would be very good for large family or two couples. Good separation of bedrooms. Western exposure causes some afternoon heating of upper levels.

Just a few suggestions

Beautiful place. But the steam shower didn’t work in the master. And the toilet paper was so thin it was practically see-through. And no storage in the master. We kept hitting our heads on the dormer ceilings in the master also. But overall a pretty great place. Also supplying Kleenex would be a plus.

Beautiful Views from all Windows and Decks

This is our second stay at this condo. We stayed here five years ago and loved the property and our experience. I would have given this condo five stars except for a few things. As I said, the views from every window is incredible. The hot tub off the master bedroom is amazing! The lay out of the condo was great for our family. We loved how we could just walk anywhere in Frisco and it was an easy drive to other places in Summit County. We also enjoyed how close it was to the bike trails and parks. The reason we could not give the condo a five star rating was mainly the beds are not very comfortable. We all had trouble getting good sleep on this trip. We also thought many of the towels were not even hotel quality and that was disappointing considering the type of condo and the price point for renting it. The master bedroom shower needs some work. Only one of the shower heads can be used because the second one shoots water out and around the fittings. When we stayed here five years ago it was a steam shower and that was amazing, but that does not work any more. We were able to find everything we needed to cook most of our meals in the condo. We were happy there was a Keurig in the condo.

Beautiful...at a glance

The location of the property is perfect at one end of main street and even at a glance looks amazing, but it's truly when you stay for a period of time that shortcomings become noticeable. In my particular stay, use of the hot-tub was limited due to it being out of commission. Once repair was completed, it worked for our final couple of nights; however, temperature is regulated by the owners/company as the temp of the water was kept closer to a "warm" bath than a hot tub. The hot tub is also off of the master bed bathroom, so if staying with multiple guests, be prepared for all to walk thru the bedroom and bathroom. A bathroom of which had a couple of issues: 1) shower has a pair of shower heads, one of which wasn't attached or working and 2) the shower has steam functionality but that is also out of commission. The fireplace in one of the guest bedrooms is not operational. The cable tv in the other bedroom wasn't working for some reason either. The tankless water heater is great, but finicky and can be difficult to locate a comfortable setting when showering. The kitchen, living room, dining room, sun room, and deck are fantastic and great areas to hang out in.
