Hi Maddy Thank you for your review. We always strive to meet the expectations of our guests and address any uncomfortable situations that may arise. The villa is equipped with all necessary amenities, although guests are responsible for purchasing their own hygiene supplies during their stay. We provide a basic welcome package and essential hygiene materials at the beginning of our guests' stay. In the case of any technical issues, our managers promptly resolve them to ensure the continuity of our guests' visits. Thank you for bringing up the issue with the fuses; the problem has already been addressed. The villa is indeed a tranquil place, just a 15-minute walk from the Atlantico center. This is an advantage for those seeking a more peaceful retreat in a beautiful location right next to the golf course. For those who prefer a more bustling, touristy atmosphere, places in the center may be more to their liking. Kind Regards Joanna & Michal

We do ask guests to contact us within the first 24 hours of their arrival if there are any issues or queries so that anything can be addressed in a timely manner & not impact your stay at the Villa.
