I am really very impressed by this hotel's excellent service. Not only is its room very clean and user-friendly but its managment is really committed to making its guests' stay comfortable. This can be shown by the following two examples:
1) I complained about getting a Japanese-style room when I wrote the post-check-in review because I had difficulty in getting up from its low chairs and bed. The hotel management promptly responded, offering to change the room for me. This has really exceeded my expectations because, when I later checked my reservation records, it was me who had mistakenly booked a Japanese room without realizing it. I am really impressed by how the hotel regards its guests' interests more important than defending their rights. They could well point out that it was me who booked the Japanese room but instead, they chose to ensure I had a comfortable stay.
2) I wrote before I arrived at the hotel to request leaving my luggage in the hotel aftet check-out for a few days because I would check in again after a short trip elsewhere. They promptly reverted with a positive response and, I could feel my request had been duly recorded. This is because all staff whom I met when I checked in and checked out seemed to know about my request without any need to remind them. This is not easy at all if not for the importance they attach to their guests' needs.
Many hotels can serve their guests professionally but few serve its guests with heart, too. I would high
