* Fully Equipped Kitchen: Prepare your favorite meals in a modern kitchen featuring a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and a dishwasher. We’ve also provided a coffee machine and all essential cookware and cutlery.

* Laundry: For your convenience, a private washing machine is located inside the apartment.

* Quality Sleep: We prioritize your rest with high-quality mattresses and premium bed linens.



Guest Access:

* Secure Parking: We provide a rare benefit for the city centre—a private garage.

* IMPORTANT - Vehicle Requirements: Please note that the entrance ramp to the garage is quite steep. It requires a car with high ground clearance. Low-profile vehicles, such as Tesla models or sports cars, will not be able to enter without hitting the underbody. If you have a low vehicle, we recommend using nearby public parking areas.

* Parking Instructions: The remote control for the garage gate is located inside the apartment.

Rua do Carmo is one of the city's most charming streets, perfectly positioned between the modern city center and the soulful Old Town (Zona Velha). You are just a 2-minute walk from the iconic Mercado dos Lavradores (Farmers' Market), where you can discover exotic fruits and fresh local produce. The neighbourhood is a food lover's paradise, surrounded by traditional bakeries, cozy wine bars, and some of the city's best restaurants. The beautiful seaside promenade and the Funchal Cathedral are just a short, flat stroll away, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the local culture.



Getting Around:

The location offers unparalleled convenience for exploring Funchal on foot. Most major attractions, including the cable car to Monte, the Marina, and the main shopping avenues, are within a 5-minute walk. For adventures further afield, you are perfectly placed: the main bus hub for the eastern and western parts of the island is just down the street. The Aerobus (airport shuttle) stop is very close by, making your arrival and departure effortless. While everything is accessible on foot, taxis and Bolt services are readily available around the corner to take you anywhere on the island.

* Secure Covered Parking: Enjoy the benefit of a protected parking spot off the street. The remote control for the garage is provided inside the apartment. Having a secure place for your car is a significant advantage in this central area.

* Parking Warning: Our private garage is a great asset, but due to the steep incline of the entrance, it is only accessible for cars with high ground clearance. Low cars (e.g., Tesla) cannot enter. We are not responsible for any damage caused by attempting to enter with an unsuitable vehicle.

* Family Amenities: A foldable baby cot is available upon request for €10 per night (capped at a maximum of €60 per stay). Please let us know in advance if you need one.
