« This is a gorgeous hotel. Our room was incredible. Huge and stylish. The bathroom was wonderful with a round tub. The staff were super helpful with us leaving bags while we hiked for a few days and booking a taxi for us. Possibly the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. »

« The breakfast was very nice ! We really enjoyed the selection and the egg boiling ! »

« The rooms have been clearly designed by someone with some name. They have been over-designed so much that the end-result is sadly dysfunctional. Let me explain. The lighting looks nice but also leaves the room very dark. The shower is not in a separate room but right next to the bed. Sprayed water everywhere is almost a certainty. Also, someone going to the toilet in the night and washing their hands needs to put on lights in the same room as the bed. Additionally, there's virtually no room for...

« The whole experience was unreal and I'm not sure I can holiday anywhere else with kids ever again. The kids club, activities, staff, food, spa, pool, room - EVERYTHING was amazing. If you're English and worried about language barriers for the kids, we had no issues, all the staff speak great english and at dinner you get a set table which is near other English speaking families to easily make friends. A couple of the kids shows are in Italian but our toddler still loved them and all the outings...
