La villa è accogliente, silenziosa e offre spazi comodi e freschi sia all' interno che all`esterno. Bellissimo il terrazzo con vista sul mare. Il valore aggiunto, però, è senz'altro la sig.ra Annamaria che con la sua cortesia e i suoi gesti di rara generosità e attenzione ci ha concesso di immergerci in una "bolla di tempo perfetto". Casa bella, ampia, accogliente. Spazio esterno attrezzato, parcheggio in ombra interno. Tutte quello che occorre. Da migliorare zona cucina, ma non determinante. Un po distante da tutto. Bisogna usare l'auto, ma se si cerca tranquillità è perfetta. Grazie alla signora Annamaria, la quale, anche a distanza, ha saputo darci preziose indicazioni.

Vista mozzafiato!

Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana li, disponibilità completa della signora Anna, appartamento spazioso con tutti i servizi necessari. Posizione strategica per il mare a due passi e per visitare interamente la costa dei cedri. Il fiore all'occhiello della villa è la vista dal piano superiore, dove poter fare cene/pranzi da favola.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene a casa di Annamaria e la ringrazio per la sua disponibilità, per le attenzioni che ci ha riservato. La casa è molto bella e spaziosa in particolare la meravigliosa terrazza dove è bello mangiare e trascorrere fresche serate guardando il mare.

Un grande terrazzo su un bellissimo panorama.

I proprietari ci hanno accolto con molta cordialità e gentilezza consigliandoci su mete e spiagge da frequentare. L'appartamento corrisponde in tutto e per tutto a quanto illustrato nelle foto, si presenta fornito di ogni conforto e la sua pulizia è accurata. Piacevolissimo è soggiornare sul suo ampio terrazzo, che si apre su un magnifico panorama fra monti e mare. La posizione della casa rende ventilata l'aria e gradevole la temperatura e permette anche, fattore non trascurabile, di raggiungere in 10/15 minuti di auto spiagge, negozi e vari grandi supermercati. Il nostro soggiorno di una decina di giorni è stato davvero molto piacevole ed abbiamo intenzione di ripeterlo la prossima estate.

Location tranquilla accogliente e piacevole

Gentilissima ed accogliente la proprietaria. L appartamento era esattamente come dalle immagini. La casa in posizione strategica sia per spostarsi con l 'auto sia per raggiungere a piedi la spiaggia (10 minuti). La vista dal grande terrazzo veramente bella e,grazie alla posizione della casa, la temperatura era gradevole. Ottimo anche per il nostro cagnolino.

Schönes Haus mit großem Defizit

Freundliche und hifsbereite Vermieterin, die extra aus Brescia angereist war. Großes Haus mit angemessener Einrichtung und Ausstattung. Große Terrasse mit einem großen Fehler: Die Lärmbelästigung durch die nicht weit entfernte SS18 mit zwei Abfahrten zum Ort ist sehr stark befahren und die Verkehrsgeräusche verhindern ein zur Ruhe kommen. Auch die parallel zur Strasse verlaufende Eisenbahnlinie ist ganztätgig gut frequentiert. Einzig ruhiger Raum war das Schlafzimmer. Urlaub mit Lärmstopp in den Ohren haben wir nur vier Tage dort ausgehalten und ein ruhiges Haus in Maratea gefunden, die WLAN-Verbindung funktionierte prima. Die Vermieterin bot zum Ausgleich für die 10 ungenutzten Tage eine Woche in einem Haus am Gardasee an, dort sollten wir ihr Gast sein. Eine noble Geste, nur leider ca. 900 km von unserem Urlaubsgebiet entfernt. Der Strand jenseits der Strasse und Eisenbahnlinie ist ruhig und unbeeinflusst von den Verkehrsgeräuschen.

Appartamento spazioso e luminoso. Vacanza super!

Abbiamo trascorso 4 giorni favolosi. L'appartamento è veramente spazioso e luminoso. Il bel tempo ci ha permesso di godere il terrazzo cenando davanti a una bellissima vista del mare e delle colline sulla costa. La proprietaria è stata molto disponibile a permetterci di organizzare la nostra breve vacanza in brevissimo tempo.

La casa è spaziosa con un accogliente terrazzo

Ci è piaciuto il confortevole appartamento su due piani, molto adatto per due famiglie. Svantaggio - povero isolamento acustico, in quanto non vi è alcuna porta tra i piani, solo la tromba delle scale. Bel giardino intorno alla casa è inoltre lieta, così come una magnifica vista sul mare, costa e le montagne. Svantaggio - una strada rumorosa e la stazione, passando tra la casa e il mare.

Nous avons, avec mon mari notre fille et son mari, passé deux semaines en Calabre à Fuscaldo, dans l’appartement Anna fin juillet 2015. Nous avons apprécié sa situation calme, proche des plages, commerces et restaurants, la proximité de la montagne et des belles promenades et autres activités possibles. L’appartement, situé sur deux niveaux, est vaste, clair, confortable, en parfait état et meublé avec goût. Sa situation et son équipement étaient conformes à la description faite. Sa très grande terrasse couverte ouvre sur une vue magnifique sur la mer et l’arrière-pays et offre la possibilité d’y séjourner et prendre ses repas à toute heure du jour. Les propriétaires sont des gens très gentils, serviables et réactifs à toute demande. C’est une excellente adresse que nous recommandons chaleureusement.
