« Great place to stay. »

« Village très sympa, fréquenté essentiellement par des Italiens, très peu de personnes parlent anglais, encore moins français. Plage magnifique, idéale pour les grands comme pour les petits (lagon aménagé pour une baignade en toute sécurité) La piscine est très belle (baignade avec bonnet obligatoire). Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour. Seules ombres au tableau : des suppléments à payer à l arrivée non indiqués sur le site hotels.com (95€ pour 2 adultes et 1 enfant pour 5 nuits), bungalows...

« The location was great, very close to many attractions by car. The area was beautiful. The room was clean. The staff was very nice. However, we would have appreciated having a coffee machine in the room. Also, we were not informed that the reception would be closed in the evening. There was no service available. »

« My great grandfather was born in the very small town of Aquara and, in planning our trip from the USA to Italy, we were looking for a peaceful, welcoming spot to stay while we paid a short visit to the city. The staff was terrifically accommodating and the property was beautiful. There is a restaurant, small bar and pool on site as well as short walking trail, hammocks and, since they are up on a hill, beautiful views of the valley below Aquara. »

« Het hotel zou sluiten voor de winterperiode de dag na onze boeking. Dit vernamen we bij de receptie bij aankomst toen we een tweede nacht wilden boeken. Het hotel leek verlaten. Geen mogelijkheid om gebruik te maken van het restaurant zowel voor diner als voor ontbijt. We boekten de duurste kamer omwille van het prachtige uitzicht. Bij het betreden van de kamer was er geen warm water noch verwarming. Het was er meer dan kil, het was er koud. Na vraag werd het warm water aangezet maar we moesten...

« Hi, in general fantastic place but we lived two floors up in the attic. The first evening I went down to the car to fetch something. I couldn’t see the switch to turn on the light so I went down holding in the rail but suddenly the rail wasn’t there anymore in spite of there were three more steps in a turn! I fell and I did heart my two knees. It was now 12 days ago and I still have a lot of pain. »
