« I had a mostly excellent stay at this centrally located hotel. The room was clean and the A/C worked well. The staff were super helpful, especially the concierge, who arranged some activities. I was met at the airport with a sign and brought to the hotel without problems. The gym is pretty poor and needs some updates. I was permitted to use the pool without charge at the companion hotel. « The hotel foyer/reception was like a building site. Whilst I was informed beforehand that work was being undertaken, I didn’t expect it to be so major. The reception (when we found it) was a small office room in which staff were eating their meals. We were directed to chalet accommodation which quite frankly was shabby ( stained carpets and linen). Absolutely no signposts were put up to advise arriving guests as to where to check- in. I dined at a temporary restaurant that was set up in a tent (...
