It allowed us to enjoy Christmas day as a family. We will definitely choose to stay here again. The property management is very responsive and attentive about if anything is needed. It is located in a lovely subdivision and about 15 min. From downtown Cookeville. There are many state parks nearby also. »

« A friend and I stayed here so we could enjoy hiking at Scott's Gulf State Park. The house was absolutely perfect! Dawn was very friendly and communicates about everything. The property is so beautiful and the house is so cute and cozy. We're already talking about coming back to enjoy more hiking in the area. »

« The loft was great. It’s in the middle of nowhere. We barely had a phone signal. But that was okay. No WiFi. That was okay. But most of the dvds were scratched so bad you couldn’t watch them. We did watch 3 movies. It was quiet. »
