Welcome to our stylish 3-bedroom, 2-bath retreat in the heart of downtown Gainesville, designed with comfort and detail in every room.

The master bedroom features a private en-suite with a tub and shower, ample closet space, and room-darkening curtains for restful sleep. The two additional bedrooms each offer a cozy queen bed, generous storage, and blackout curtains for privacy. A second full guest bathroom with tub/shower ensures everyone has space and convenience.

The living room is the heart of the home — gather around the electric fireplace for cozy evenings in, stream your favorites on the Smart TV, or pull up to the expandable dining table that seats up to eight for shared meals.

Outside is where this place really shines. Start your morning with coffee on the front porch, then fire up the propane grill under the back pergola for a proper cookout. As the evening winds down, pull up a chair around the propane firepit and get competitive with a round of giant Jenga or a football toss game — the kind of night that makes a trip memorable.

Practical details handled too: fast WiFi throughout, and plenty of off-street parking so game day arrivals are stress-free.

This is a self-check-in property — we will send instructions on how to get inside 24 hours ebfore your arrival. I'm not on-site but my team is nearby and I'm always reachable and responsive if anything comes up. My goal is to make your stay seamless from check-in to checkout.

We're in a quiet residential neighborhood, so we ask that guests be respectful of neighbors — especially in the evenings. Small gatherings are totally fine; we just ask that large parties be taken elsewhere. No smoking anywhere on the property. Plenty of off-street parking available — no need to worry about street parking on game days.
