Heating not provided although requested and promised by member of staff. Excellently located to explore Lincoln and the area. Would probably return.“

„The room was clean and comfortable. Yea and coffee provided. Plenty of space to get ready. Bed was comfortable. We had been out drinking and was a late night the morning after I asked if we could extend our check out time the request was accepted at no extra cost. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.“
