Beautiful Quiet and Comfortable

Our family rented this property for a long ski weekend. We have adult children who brought their partners and a miniature Dachshund. It was so nice that everyone could have the privacy of their own bathroom. The yard is large and was perfect for the dog. We enjoyed the pool table and fooseball and the kitchen has anything you might need. The house is beautiful, comfortable and well maintained. The neighborhood is quiet and you feel surrounded by nature. Great place! We would stay again!

A great stay!

This was a large & lovely home - plenty of space for everyone to sleep, play & relax - with a gorgeous view and nice yard. We had 3 generations stay here from 2 years to 68 years old and we enjoyed all the games provided by the host plus the pool table, foosball and air hockey!

Long weekend

Nice house with plenty of space for the whole family. Very open home with nice finishing and we loved all the decks and balconies. Very clean and had everything we needed. Close to galenas owners club which had a pool and games we enjoyed. The pool table was nice as well in the homes basement (although air hockey and foosball do not work as the post mentioned and should be replaced/removed). It is on a busier street, which was nice for access but not so much for letting the kids olay in the large yard. About 15-20 minutes into downtown galena or to many other cities and parks around town.

I would have given this place 5 stars across the board but there was a live fly infestation in the two upper bedrooms. We did not open any windows or doors but somehow they kept coming in. I'm just not a fan of sleeping and going to the restroom with flies. Just grateful they were not bees. I did text the owner about the flies but no reply. They did reply when I thought I left my glasses there so I appreciated that. Otherwise, the house is beautiful and easy to get to. This was our 17th year coming to Galena and we try new houses based on the number of gals that come. We enjoyed the layout of the house, especially the kitchen and family room. We would return if the fly problem was taken care of.

Spacious, beautiful home with all amenities! Nice and bright…love the big windows and wood in the living room. Great location and all levels of the home temperature-wise were great! Checkin was quick and early. Would definitely stay there again! Thank you for a very comfortable stay!

Incredible House

3 different families gathered to hang out at this house--6 adults and 1 kid--and we had a fantastic time! There is an abundance of seating options and the entire basement is basically a play zone, with a pool table, air hockey and foosball. The house was also large enough that our 4yr old was able to sleep soundly in the closest bedroom while we played games in the dining room at night. I would happily stay again.

Spring Break at Galena

We have stayed for many many years at the Eagle Ridge Territory & this house has been one of the best by far !! It has been definitely the cleanest & kitchen well stocked . My grandkids loved the lower level with the pool table & foosball table. We had 3 different generations of our family & more than enough room to spread out or to be together. We would definitely come again !

Lovely Home

Very pleased with this home . Tons of comfortable space and layed out so well that even if you have a large group or family you can spread out . We had lots of fun after golf playing air hockey and pool. There were only 4 of us so the deck was perfect for dinner or cocktails but it can’t accommodate more than that . They do have a fire pit with some chairs and lots of outdoor grounds in back .A couple of suggestions that could easily be fixed . On one of the master bath windows there is only a sheer curtain , so can totally see in at night . There is also no hook or towel bar near the master bath shower , so had to put our towel on the floor , and remind the cleaning person to clean the grill , it was really dirty .These were minor issues and we would surely rent this home again

Family Friends Getaway
