« I did not have any pets, but I know of someone who lived there with a pet. Room was generally clean, but found snack wrapper in corner of room. Air conditioner was effective, but kind of loud. No place for soap, shampoo, etc. in shower except on the floor. Had a hard time getting cold water from the sink. Bed was very comfortable, and, despite feeling pretty isolated (I think I was the only guest), I felt safe and secure. Place was well- lit and quiet. »

« The room was dirty when we walked in-the sinks were spotted and obviously not washed, the front of the fridge not wiped down and also spattered, the sheets on one bed were torn and I actually found a long black hair. Finally, the carpet was damp. I also did not appreciate the $35 pet fee, which was almost double of what I paid in a nicer hotel a few days before ($20). I know they said in a previous review they were under renovatio, but it was obvious that no recent construction had happened-just...
