Magnifique condo de vacances rénové de 2 chambres à Galveston - Great Gulf Views

Condo récemment rénové et mis à jour de 2 chambres / 2 salles de bain complÚtes, situé directement sur la digue au 9e étage. Traversez la rue jusqu'à la nouvelle "Babe Beach" de Galveston. Vue totalement dégagée sur l'océan; le bùtiment dispose d'un concierge 24h / 24 sur place, et le bùtiment dispose d'un ascenseur. Les commodités sur place comprennent une buanderie communautaire sur place, un court de tennis, une piscine sur place, la sécurité, des ordures, de l'eau et des égouts.

Le carrelage dans chaque chambre permet un séjour sans allergies. La cuisine moderne a été refaite avec de nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable.

La cuisine est entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e avec des plats, des casseroles et des poĂȘles et des ustensiles de cuisine de base.

La salle à manger et le salon à aire ouverte offrent une vue imprenable sur l'océan.

Exactly what expected. There was some miscommunication regarding the parking fees but we contacted the property manager and got a response and refund right away. Great views, right across the beach. Would definitely book again.

Clean & Pretty But....

The place was very clean and very cutely decorated. However, the water pressure in one bathoom was non existent. And the other bathroom was so sharp, it It felt like needles on your back. The ocean view bedroom bed was very lumpy. And squeaked so loud, they could hear us roll over in arkansas. The guest toilet would take ten minutes to refill with Water water

Great Location

Everything was as advertised. Great location and balcony, good kitchen and amenities. Clean, comfortable and, convenient to the beach and all Galveston has to offer. Would definitely recommend and consider renting in the future.

This property is in a great location with the best view on the island (in our opinion.) The unit has very nice amenities and everything you need for a short, or long, stay. We look forward to visiting again.

Great location and clean condo

This is the second year we have stayed at the same condo for the bike rally, which is a great location. We have never had any problems with the condo or the area. We felt safe. The condo is clean and has all the amenities needed.

Very nice and quiet...

AC worked very well. The ocean view was spectacular. More water pressure would have been nice, but overall manageable. Would stay again if given the opportunity.

Perfect for myself and friend

Was in Galveston for my friend’s 50th birthday trip. This property was perfect for the two of us with two bedrooms and two baths. Easy to get to the beach and friendly staff at condo building.

Can't beat the view

This is a nice condo with an amazing view. Tastefully renovated, however, the bathrooms still need some help. One bathroom had a black substance on the ceiling and the other bathroom had the same substance on the fan - we purchased a bleach cleaner and cleaned it ourselves as we weren't sure what it was. The tub faucet needs replacing, its rusted and corroded. The toilet was running constantly and had to be fixed by my spouse. The recliner on the right side of the couch is broken so if you recline, it won't go back down. You have to crawl out in the middle then push it in and put the leg part down by hand. With the beautiful beach right across the road, it sure would have been appreciated if some beach towels and/or beach chairs were supplied. The $40/day rentals on the beach are picked up at 5pm daily. Overall, we had a great stay but a little maintenance would make all the difference!! Having some brochures and tips about the area in the condo would be a nice touch as well.

Mold by the sea

Had no idea the name of the building we were staying in to try and find it online. We were not informed of the parking fee that was an additional cost to the already crazy price for such a below minimum amenity provided apartment. Between the smell of the trash you had to walk past and the leakage and smell that was never cleaned up in the hot elevator after it being brought downstairs was disgusting. The worst part was the amount of mold and black mold in the vents we saw in the apartment which was not acceptable especially since we have a 6 month old. Other things that were frustrating were the poor A/C that was so noisy and only cooled the front half of the apartment, trying to relax in the evening watching tv was a nightmare with a broken remote and in general everything felt old and dingy. Very disappointing stay

August beach trip

Great property for our group of 2 adults and 2 kids. Short walk across the street to the beach, great community pool, balcony view of the waves and secure parking made for a great weekend getaway before the next school year gets underway. We would definitely consider this property again.

Great location - some issues

The location of this property is excellent. Can't beat the view. Overall the property is OK. There are a few issues with water - there was no hot water in kitchen and no water pressure in hall bathroom shower. Also there is no lock on the sliding glass door from the living room. Not an issue for us but could be for small children. Lastly the bifold closet doors in the front bedroom need to be fixed (it doesn't open well at all on one side). Think it just needs a good maintenance inspection to fix a few items.

Perfect for family of four

My husband, two teen sons and I stayed here. The location is perfect. It is very quick and easy for us to get to the beach. You just walk out the front door of the complex and cross the street and you are on the beach. Crossing with teen age kids is no problem. If you have several small children and a lot of beach gear it may be tricky to cross the street. You may need to walk down to the street light, which might be a bit of a hike with small children. The condo was clean and decorated with cute beach decor. The kitchen had everything we needed. The appliances were clean and in good working condition. One of my boys elected to sleep on the couch instead of share the bed with his brother. He is a lanky 15 year old boy and fit just fine. I don’t think a full grown person would be comfortable on the couch, but he didn’t mind. You may need to bring bedding for the couch. We found a couple of small blankets that didn’t fully cover him, but my son didn’t mind. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again.
