„Spotless, not much for amenities but they were clear about that. Staff were great about dropping off more towels and one staff member, on her day off, went to the store and bought some clothes hangers as there were none in the unit. „The location was great for our stay. The bunk beds are definitely for kids and not for adults as it only has strips of wood holding the mattress. The dishes had to be rewashed as there were rodent droppings on them. The house was not cleaned when we went in- there was empty energy drinks on the living room window behind the blinds. Crumbs all on the living room table. It was a good location and hardly spent time there- so it met our needs other than those minimal things. “

"Das Housekeeping kommt nur auf Anfrage. Das erfährt man beim Front Desk, wenn man sich gewundert hat, dass am nächsten Tag die Zimmer nicht gereinigt, die Betten nicht gemacht und auch keine frischen Handtücher da sind. Also, haben wir das Housekeepingfür den nächsten Tag bestellt. Leider ist diese auch nicht gekommen, trotz Anfrage. Wir hatten sozusagen drei Tage lang keine gemachten Betten, es wurde nicht geputzt und Handtücher gewechselt. Diese hat man sich dann immer selbst am Front Desk abholen müssen. Der Kollege am Front Desk war immer sehr bemüht."
