Great Appartment / Logement très agréable !

Very well situated, this nice, spacious and quiet appartment is very well arranged too. It is easy to find, not overlooked, you'll spend a great time here ! Ce logement clair et spacieux a tout pour plaire ; nous comptons bien y retourner car il est très bien situé et la région est très attachante !

We both had a wonderful 1 year wedding anniversary stay here! Joyce was a fantastic host and made us and our 2 dogs feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The mountains and ocean was visible from our bedroom in the distance. The apartment was spotless clean. Joyce had champagne and an anniversary card on the kitchen table when we arrived which we thought was a very kind gesture. Padracin pub and restaurant was a 5 minute walk from apartment, their food and drink was top notch! Galway city was a short 20 minute drive, which was handy. We explored one of the Arran islands (inis mor), it was only a 30 minute drive to the docks. Highly reccomend staying at this apartment, we’ll hopefully get a trip out again sometime Courtney and Chris x

Joyce ist eine sehr herzliche und freundliche Gastgeberin, die uns tolle Tipps für Ausflüge in die Umgebung gegeben hat. Wir haben unseren Sohn besucht, der in Galway ein Auslandsemester macht, und die kleine Stadt Furbo, welche direkt am Wild Atlantic Way gelegen ist, war ein super Ausgangspunkt, um sowohl nach Galway zu fahren als auch schöne Ausflüge in die Natur zu unternehmen. Das Appartment ist sehr sauber, gemütlich und komfortabel eingerichtet. Die Dusche war schön warm mit gutem Wasserdruck und es gab eine Fußbodenheizung. Der Supermarkt ist in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Auch unser kleiner Hund Lotti hat sich pudelwohl gefühlt und war herzlich willkommen. Immer wieder gerne :-)!

Toller Empfang durch Joyce mit vielen Tipps für schöne Ziele und gutem Essen in der Umgebung. Schöne helle, sehr saubere Wohnung. Fußläufig ist ein Pub direkt am Strand erreichbar, das Essen war vielseitig und gut. Der Bus nach Galway hält direkt neben der Wohnung vor der Kirche. Dies war die beste von drei Unterkünften für uns. Die Straße nebenan ist nachts ruhig, am Tag gut befahren. Lieben Dank für alles Joyce!

Highly recommended

The property was well located on Galway Bay within easy reach of places to visit including great scenery, wonderful beaches and lovely cafes and restaurants. The property owner was super friendly, relaxed and helpful and made our stay all the more enjoyable - she is also a very talented artist so you may be tempted to take home a wonderful reminder of your visit as we did! The apartment was comfortable, modern and light and had what we needed to be self sufficient throughout our stay. We would definitely book again if we revisit Connemara/Galway.

Perfect stay outside of Galway

Wonderful place to return to after a day of sightseeing, cozy and quiet. The location is perfect, a 15-20 minute drive into Galway center meant a variety of restaurants and shops were close by. Joyce was a great host, welcoming when we arrived, and she provided fun recommendations for the area.

Amazing host and home - highly recommend!

Absolutely wonderful five night stay in this beautiful, warm and relaxing home. Joyce made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived and went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic vacation in her lovely home. So close to the water, restaurants and Galway. Parking on-site. Perfect location to visit the Aran Islands as well. One of the very best VRBO experiences we have had over the years - would highly recommend!!

Great apartment and wonderful area

Pristine, modern and functional. Enthusiastic welcome from Joyce , who was very helpful with info on surrounding area. She obviously takes pride in her apartment and it is well maintained. Plenty of facilities within walking distance - convenience shop, pub/restaurant and the hotel where we were attending a wedding. Highly recommended.

Perfect accomomodation, nice host

We spent the last days of our Ireland trip at this place. It was a perfect location for either city visit in Galway, hiking tours in Connemara or just a few min. evening walk to the beach or nearby pub. We definitely enjoyed the relaxed stay in this really nice appartment. Thanks to Joyce for the warm welcome and the hiking tips.

Wonderful location

This was a wonderful place to stay while exploring Galway. Its enogh removed that you have some peace and quiet, but close enough to easily get downtown by car. The host was very kind and accommodating. The apartment was comfy and clean.

Wonderful holiday

The property location is excellent in easy walk of a beautiful beach and a gastro pub. The apartment is so lovely pristine and modern with a fully equipped kitchen and beautiful bathroom. The hosts were so friendly and we had use of a private patio in the garden. We had our little dog with us and he really relaxed. Will definitely book again.

Perfect holidays

we received a very warm welcome. the apartment is lovingly furnished and very clean. the beds are made and towels are also provided. the kitchen is complete and well equipped. The garden and the terrace invite you to relax. the host can be reached at any time and replies to e-mails immediately even before arrival. the house is quiet and yet with good connections to Galway directly on the wild atlantic way. you can make many trips and activities from here. There is a folder in the house with recommendations and tips. I can only recommend this apartment
