« This was our first trip to Iceland. This house was the perfect place to stay, as we had a rental car (all cars are stick shift btw so be prepared!) . There was plenty of space, wonderful appliances to use if we needed them, pleasant geothermal heating and heated water, a lovely deck and a hot tub, and walking trails nearby. The property manager gave us some very helpful tips, especially about finding local swimming/hot pot/sauna options. Very comfortable. Highly recommended! »

« The house is beautiful, comfy, warm and very well equipped - the perfect refuge to come home to after a day of walking, sightseeing and exploring the area. The kitchen was especially appreciated (cooking for a group of five was no problem). The area around the house is very nice and quiet, close to the ocean and some walking trails.
