Hotel Gardendale

« Nothing like what's pictured on site. Pool or of order, I was charged $230 with Expedia and $200 at end of stay and no refund for that extra $30. No microwave, but staff was friendly and courteous »

« My staff was kind and courteous at check-in. The elevator was down. I had booked the king room and was only able to get double room due to the key for the only King room didn't work. Room that I had had no reinforcement for the lock. The room was kind of a musty. Breakfast available was three yogurts two slices of white bread. A variety of condiments. Half a pot of coffee was there. I came down at 7:30 a.m. so if you want to eat, not the place to look »

« Where do I start. This room was terrible. The pictures on Expedia regarding this hotel is a terrible misrepresentation of how it REALLY IS. The room was DIRTY, bugs, toilet paper wasn’t even on the roll but over the toilet and almost gone. Lights had no covers and exposed. The lock on the inside of the door had exposed wires. Cockroach in the toilet. The shower was TERRIBLE!!!!!! DONT STAY HERE. I HONESTLY SHOULD GET MY MONEY BACK. Plus the room reeked of cigarette and weed. How embarrassing it...

« The staff was amazing and so friendly. The room was a little disappointing. It was small and didn’t even have a coffee maker. The hallway to the room had a very strong and unpleasant smell. The room was fine for a quick overnight stop but I wouldn’t have enjoyed staying longer than that. »

« I was very disappointed with the cleanliness and condition of this hotel. The room felt dirty upon arrival — there were hairs in the shower, the carpet was filthy, and the furniture was peeling and worn out. On top of that, the pillows had an unpleasant smell, which made the stay very uncomfortable. Overall, the room did not feel clean or well maintained. I would not stay here again based on my experience. »

« Hôtel très bien et très propre. Chambre très confortable.Pour ce qui est du check-in, les personnes au bureau n'avaient pas le sourire facile mais ça a quand même bien été.Dans notre chambre, le téléphone ne fonctionnait pas et la porte de la salle de bain ne fermait pas complètement. Il faudrait réparer. Le déjeuner très basique. »

« The staff here is friendly and accommodating. The Indian food restaurant on site is excellent, not to mention convenient after a long day of traveling and not wanting to leave or wait on a delivery. Did not try the other restaurant/bar on site, and the pool is not open yet, but we were very satisfied with everything during our visit »

« The staff could not find my reservation, they made no effort to find it. I had to call Expedia they gave them the same reservation number I had given them and after a while the problem was resolved. »

« When I went in the TV didn’t work. Lightening had struck their poles but they had TV in the lobby worked. Was very unhappy iwith the way the staff offered a refund at 9pm the day I checked. The light for the parking lot beamed right into my room. It »
