Hotel Gardendale

« Everything was nice. The place is pretty much hidden but very clean »

« I was flying into Birmingham airport and going to stay here since I was still a few hours from home. I booked the room two months in advance. My original landing time was 6pm. « Poor maintenance overall the hotel was dirty stains on the walls staff not helpful »

« The room was okay, nothing special. The shower was small and simple. »

« Great place to stay. Best breakfast! »

« Un petit déjeuner horrible. Pas de jus de fruit, beurre pas mis au frais et coupé dans un ramequin en plastique. Café inbuvable. Pas de yaourt pas de confiture. Personnel très désagréable qui se moque de nous ouvertement. On a dû aller manger ailleurs »

« Excellent location, it’s right beside a major shopping center. Very little traffic near the hotel. Good food at the restaurant there. »

« Clean room, very professional staff, and a clean breakfast area with hot, good food. »

« The room itself was clean, but the hallway and elevator was trashy. There was trash scattered. Also the smell of weed came through my door even though there are signs of $250 fines for smoking. The breakfast area was very messy and the muffins were out uncovered in a dirty shelf. Not much of a variety of food, but I would not have eaten anything there anyway. Only one type of creamer and they were all smashed and could have been old. Won't be back. »
