« The Aparment is an interior unit over looking the interior roof of the building underneath. It's on the second floor right above one of the main city fresh food and fish markets. It's very centrally located right next to the main city square with walkable distance to all the main city attractions. However with that location comes really heavy noise in the evenings from several restaurants and bars downstairs until late, as well as some mornings hearing all the bottles and garbage...

« I had a great stay and it is in a good location. I had a lot of trouble with the check in process and wish I could have done it more in advance. Having to fill out a bunch of forms a few days before is very challenging when actively travelling. I wish I could do it much further in advanced. Besides that, I had a great stay. »

« Positif: appartement lumineux agréable avec sa terrasse et son balcon - 15 mm à pied du centre 30 de la gare Négatif : - cuisine sous équipée en ustensile de base (casseroles, couverts…) pas de torchon fourni, rien pour nettoyer l’appartement (balai/aspirateur) les basiques huile vinaigre sel poivre non fournis - gros point négatif: la télévision du voisin qui peut fonctionner à fond toute la nuit(!)…difficile de bien dormir malgré les boules Quies et épuisant après une semaine … »

« la ubicacion estaba excelente, pero llegamos y no nos pasaban el codigo para entrar. el anfitrion si es muy bueno y accesible, pero el acceso a la puerta estaba imposible, no funcionaba o tenia maña, y el tuvo que ir a abrirnos dos veces pues no se podia abrir la puerta. El calor en la ciudad estaba muy fuerte y el aire la verdad no enfria, tal vez requieren un abanico para que el aire pueda circular. »

« Struttura a 10 minuti dal centro ideale per due persone. Arredato con tutto il necessario e con tanta luce (abbiamo avuto giornate belle con sole e cielo azzurro). Unica pecca, che sarebbe possibile di migliorare, è la pulizia dei pavimenti. »

« The place is centrally located and very clean. On the other hand, even though the description says there is a kitchen, none of the appliances could be plugged in. When we complained, an extension cord was provided that stretched across the floor. No handle on the moka pot, no dish towel, no hot pot holders. It is above a restaurant that puts out so much heat that the floor is hotter than a radiant heating system would be in winter. The air conditioner could not keep up with the 100F (37C )....

« There was a horrific sewage stench coming from the bathroom that made this stay unbearable. I attempted to request that the person that checked me in communicate the problem. She chose not to do that and the management company did nothing when I brought the issue to their attention. I feel badly for the property owner as the apartment had the potential to be great. Unfortunately, the lack of problem resolution from the whole property management team including the person who checked me in was...
